Irish Spring Money Maker – Rolling at Walgreens

Irish Spring Register RewardOur Irish Spring deal, just keeps getting more and more interesting! Not only are the clearance Irish Spring bottles generating the Register Reward – the Register Reward is also rolling. So, in this rare case you can use a Register Reward that your received from purchasing Irish Spring towards the purchase of another Irish Spring and the Register Reward will print! I don’t know how long it will last but as of 5pm ET – it’s working.

Plus don’t forget to price check the 3-in-1 (blue colored one pictured) AND the silver exfoliating clean varieties. Some of you (including me) are finding these on clearance for $2.39. U-be-livin-vitaminsHere are a few updates from my shopping trip to help your trip go a bit smoother!

u-be couponU-Be-Livin-Smart Deal: You’ll definitely want to check your box of U-Be-Livin-Smart vitamin chews to see if they have a coupon inside. Not all of the boxes include one but some have a coupon for $2.88 off your next purchase of these.

If you were lucky enough to get one you’ll have a nice little money maker on your hands for the next box. I have to say $2.88 is an odd amount for a coupon, but considering the name of these vitamin chews… well, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. 😉

Chunky Soup Healthy RequestsCampbell’s Soup Deal: I was happy to find that the Campbell’s Chunky Healthy Request soup is included in the sale. We have a nice coupon for these, which makes them only 67¢ each. That’s a really good price for these soups.

I did purchase the other variety – Hearty Four Cheese, and it printed just fine. Hopefully they’ll get it fixed quickly but in the meanwhile you may want to stick to the Hearty Four Cheese variety or the Velveeta.

Walgreens Updates From the Field 11/16

BENEFUL DEAL: Here’s a crazy price on Beneful Dog food to look out for! I found both the Purina Beneful Original and Healthy Weight Bags ringing up for $1.95 each at my store! These are in the ad for 2/$10 so I have no idea why they are ringing up $1.95 each. At my store they even had tags. So if you have a Doggie you may want to see if you find the same. If you don’t see a tag, have them price check it for you. This is a great price – even with NO coupons! 🙂

Crest BeCREST DEAL: The only Crest I found that work for the deal this week are the Crest Be and Crest Complete. You’ll be able to grab these for as low as 67¢ with the insert coupon. There’s also a $1.50/2 Crest Toothpastes 3.0 oz+ at zip 30144 if you don’t have (3) of the insert coupons.

STARBUCKS DEAL: The Starbucks Refreshers and Single Iced Coffee Money Makers are working perfectly. The coupons go thru smoothly and are not interfering with the $1 Register Reward printing. Sometimes when the coupon and the RR are the same value they are coded the same and therefore the coupon prevents the RR from printing, but not in this case so enjoy this yummy money maker.

Walgreens Updates From the Field 6/1

Walgreens Special June Points OfferHere are some updates from my trip today to help your trip go a bit easier.

SPECIAL JUNE POINTS OFFER: Some of you are getting a special Catalina printing at checkout for extra points all during the month of June! The number of points per dollar spent seems to be varying by individual, so some people are getting 100pts per dollar spent, while others are getting different amounts like 75 or 25. The coupon is non-transferable so it’s only good for whomever it printed for.

If you get this coupon you’ll need to have it scanned with your next purchase and that’s it! You’ll automatically be earning extra points for your purchases in June, thru 6/30. So make sure not to throw away those Catalina print outs without checking them first!

Screen Shot 2014-06-01 at 7.38.35 PMREACH TOOTHBRUSHES: So part of today was spent trying to solve the great Reach toothbrush mystery. The Reach 2pk Value Packs with a free toothbrush – (for a total of (3) toothbrushes) was printing the $2 Register Reward for some people and not for others.

It seemed to always print without the Reach coupon, but when the $2 coupon was scanned it would only print 1/2 the time. So, I was determined to figure out why.

So after much trial and error, here’s the bottom line. If your cashier scans the OLD style bar code on the coupon, the Register Reward won’t print! If he or she scans the new one – the Value Packs will print the Register Reward! So my suggestion is fold the coupon in 1/2 and tell your cashier to scan the newer bar code. 🙂

These are on sale this week for just 59¢ with in ad coupon so you can use this coupon to get them for only 22¢ a piece. Look out for it, I found it in the candy isle. It doesn’t expire until 8/31 so you have plenty of time to take advantage of this one.

Walgreens Updates From the Field 5/25

WINDEX, PLEDGE, SCRUBBING BUBBLES DEAL: So for some reason the Windex, Pledge and Scrubbing Bubbles deals isn’t coded properly to print the $2 Register Reward. There are even signs posted that they should print the $2 RR and it’s in the ad but it’s not printing. However, what is printing is a $1 Register Reward that’s actually part of a National Catalina deal thru 6/15 on select Windex, Pledge and Scrubbing Bubbles. (Buy 2 get $1 RR, Buy 3 get $2 RR, Buy 4 get $3 RR). If you need the Windex it’s still a good deal running you 75¢ each.


If they fix it before Thursday, we are looking at better than free Windex after the Checkout51 offer and the two Register Rewards. I’ll let you know when and if it gets fixed. I didn’t include the Windex in my Walgreens Shopping Scenario so you can still do those deals with no impact. Just keep in mind only $1 RR is printing when you buy (2) of any of the products included!

Morton Unlabeled-5wHere are some updates from my Walgreens shopping trip today, to help your Walgreens shopping trip go a bit easier.

$5 wyb $25+ Points Deal: Great news!  The deal is working as the others previously worked. Reach $25 before manufacturer coupons (but after any Walgreens Coupons) and you can earn your $5 in points! Plus, I was able to do more than one transaction. I used the in-ad points booster coupon each time and I received $5 (5,000 Balance Reward Points) each time. Just be sure to have the coupon scanned.

MORTON LOTION: If you’re having difficulty finding the Morton Epsom Lotion, I found it next to the Epsom Salts, although my store didn’t have it labeled yet.

ZIPLOC DEAL: I was very happy to find the bonus size 120 ct Ziploc Sandwich bags. These do scan on sale and do produce the Register Reward. That’s an extra 40 bags. The first box on the shelf was actually a 100 ct, but when I looked behind it, the bonus sized ones were there, so be sure to look!
