Walgreens Shopping Scenario 5/25

by Christie- on May 24, 2014

lightbulb2

Here’s my shopping scenario for 5/25. In this scenario you’ll get $21.49 in merchandise, after sales and coupons you’ll pay $7.74 out of pocket and end up with $4 in Register Rewards & 25¢ Cash Back from Checkout51. So it’s like you spent $3.49 for all of these items.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THESE TRANSACTIONS

-) You can’t have more MQ than items! Blue = MQ
-) You don’t have to do these in one day, just pick up where you left off.
-) I always bring some extra fillers with me to the register, in case of an emergency!

I was told at my local Walgreens, very soon the Sunday ad will not turn on until Sunday morning at 3 am. Also have you noticed many of the items in the flyer have specific sizes and the good coupons for those same items have different sizes on the coupon. Couponing seems to be getting slimmer and slimmer on great deals.
I love your website, it’s my go to everyday after work.

Just an FYI for others. I bought 2 windex touch ups and used the b1g1 coupon. And I only received $1 RR. Anyone else experience this? Thoughts?

Yes I just got a one dollar for the two Windex also. I did one with Pledge and Scrubbing Bubbles and they price modified by one dollar and it also just produced a one dollar register reward. My Walgreens is very good to make up when things don’t go like they are supposed to.
