I tried this today in MN. Coupon didn’t beep, but didn’t go through. Cashier said she can’t adjust down manufacturer coupons, only Walgreens coupons. Um….OK. I told her what their policy was. She argued. I nicely gave the soap back cause it’s just too hot outside to deal with it today. 🙁
I went to Walgreens today in MN. I bought milk and 1 pack of the soap. It beeped. I told her she could adjust it. She called the manager, he told me to buy 1 laffy taffy so it won’t beep. I told him, I am already buying the milk. It’s not going to make a difference and it didn’t. In the end, he had to put in $1 for the coupon and I bought a laffy taffy that I did not need.
I price matched at walmart since my walgreens shelves were bare.
