First time trying to redeem any points and I don’t want to screw up. I have 13000 points but want to redeem only $5. Is this considered partial redemption of the 2nd tier (since the earning tiers are 5000, 10000 and then 18000) ? Or is this OK and I will end up with 8000 points still after the redemption ? Appreciate if someone could help me out. Thanks.
You will have 8,000 left. I’ve don’t it numerous times. HTH
Yes you would use up 5,000 points to just redeem $5 which would leave you with 8,000 points. If you waited till you had 18,000 and redeemed all 18,000 at a time you’d have $20 but if you choose to redeem $5 it will take out 5,000. Hope that helps! 🙂
