Thanks for the separate post. I live in a test market area. I shop at Wags maybe once a month since the test market program started. None of these deals appeal to me at all.
The smallest reward you get with the points is a $5 reward certificate good at Walgreens. You have to spend $200 to save $5. Not worth my time.

Yes, thanks for this separate post. Because I’m in a test market, I usually just go to WG for clearance deals or stuff like this month’s Reach toothbrush deal. The rewards points eventually add up enough to redeem a $5 certificate, but I don’t hold my breath. The points are calculated after using ALL coupons. So, 25X points for something I only want to / will pay $1.00 for gets me 250 points… the equivalent of $.63! And if I paid $.99, I get nothing because the system rounds down. Compared to RRs this reward program is truly pathetic. I keep my fingers crossed that those not affected by this new program never will be.
Yeah, the test market blows.
If they made the points even CLOSE to the rr, it would be ok.
But they don’t.
I have to travel 40 minututes to a non test market area to do the deals when they are good.
Thank goodness we have the almay deal this week. One saving grace!
I love my wags, but I hope this test doesn’t become nationwide.
I have 2 hopes:
1. The test market program goes away and we go back to RRs.
2. Before the return to RRs, the staff in my Wags gets trained and someone takes away their coupon police badges.
