where do you get the infant care book?

I have asked everyone that question!! No one at Walgreens has a clue in my area. I think they keep it for themselves.

I got my booklet in a packet of mailed coupons that American Baby sent me. I don’t remember if I signed up with them (I think the magazine is free) – but they sent me a huge packet, and booklet was just waiting in there for me!

The codes are right here on the Wild for Wags site. Just write them down and tell them to the cashier!

Angzard,

I don’t see the codes, I’m interested in the code for Infusium this week. I see it described here https://wildforwags.com//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////walgreens-booklet-coupons/

but it’s not a ‘clickable link’ and I don’t see a code.
Can you be more specific? Am I looking in the wrong place.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The infant care book came out the first of the year. The Q’s expire 12/31/11 and after they were gone, they were gone….they never printed any more. The newer employees have never seen them, so they don’t know about them. Maybe they will print some more the first of 2012!

None of our Walgreens carry the Infant Care booklet, or have even heard of it:(

I am a little confused in the make this season stunning walgreens book all the coupons say manufacturer coupon good only at walgreens. So how are you able to stack them with other manufacturer coupons? Am I misunderstanding them?

Need help please if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate your help & Thank you in advance.

I’m not really good at Walgreens and I haven’t ventured off the list that is presented. With that my question is this, I have a coupon for the Advil Children’s & Infant’s that is $2/1 instead of the $1.10/1. Also, I just found another coupon for the Schick Quattro for $3/1.

My question is how do I use the higher value coupons? Do I need to ad in another item? I have a raincheck for the Huggies wipes but I tried the math out and it almost doubles my total??? I’m kinda confused. Thank you again.

The infant care booklet is the same way. It says “manufacture coupon good only at Walgreens.” I tried to use the Huggies coupon from the booklet with a manufacture coupon from the newspaper. The register beeped and wouldnt take both coupons.

The Wags’ coupons are just that: Wags’ coupons. Try taking them to any other store; you won’t be able to use them anywhere but at Wags. The trick is to hand over the real manufacturer coupons FIRST and then the Wags’ coupons. The register sometimes counts Wags’ coupons as manufacturer’s, but they aren’t. (I now hand over RRs before the Wags’ coupons too to avoid this issue. The silly registers sometimes refuse my RRs if the store coupons are scanned first! Takes more calculations in store, but it’s worth it to me.) The managers at the stores by me say that they just toss the Wags’ coupons every night when they count out the drawer. If you need to, take their coupon policy with you; it says you CAN use both a manufacturer and store coupon on EACH item.

Ellie – for the Advil, just add at least 90 cents worth of product to your transaction. With the razor, add $1 worth of products to your transaction. Of course use the higher value coupons. It’ll work out in your favor! You’ll get the hang of it. You have the right website to teach you.

TX I was having the same ? about the overage of a coupon. In my Wags stores I have a lot of problem because they do not want to adjust the Q to a lower amount so I end up going to Walmart to get the overage. I have 11 Q for the Bayer so what I am going to do is get the 11 Bayer bottles (if they have them all) and 1 x-mas gift bag to fill for the remaining missing amount. So this will be my transaction (probably will have to split and go to others stores)… TX everyone for posting your ?’s beause sometimes are my same ones…

11 Bayer $1.99 ($21.89)
1 gift bag .12
Total $22.01
11 -$2 MQ ($22.00)
OOP just tax +.01

Sorry Ellie – just get your total to zero. Add enough product to do that. That’s the only adjustment you need to make.

Today I used the infant care advil coupon (which states it is a manufacture coupon good only at Walgreens, and stack w/ manufacture coupon from newspaper with no problems

I’ve used the Make This Season Stunning book coupons with other manu. coupons. No problem at all, they are just like the monthly coupons.

Reply

Crystal November 19, 2011 at 11:09 pm

The “Make this Season Stunning” booklet is a Wags booklet just like the monthly one. Both say manufacture coupon only good at Walgreens but they are coded for just Wags. I have used this booklet with a manufacture coupon clipped from my newspaper with no issues. I even bought multiples of the same product and it took off $ for each item just like it should 🙂

I have a question about the kids Advil deal. I don’t have the Infant Care book and I don’t know if my store will have it either since many people say their store doesn’t. But I’ve heard that you can give the cashier the code for the coupon and they may use it for your purchase.

$2/1 Children’s or Infant’s Advil Suspension 0.5 or 4 oz (5520) Infant Care Book

Is 5520 the code for the coupon? And is this one of those deals where some cashiers may accept the code and other will refuse to let you use it?

Thanks!

Reply

Connie November 20, 2011 at 3:33 am

Yes, 5520 is the code for the coupon, I’m looking at it. Sorry, I wish I had more, I would share. And I’ve never had to request a cashier do this but have heard many do it with success. Good Luck!

Just got back from Walgreens and theInfant Care coupon for Advil ($2/1) only took $1 of each instead of $2 off each? The manager said it was a limit of one per offer. I said they all say that but when I use it for the Huggies or W diapers it takes it off all of them. She said some work and some don’t I guess. AAAAHHHHHHH! Not a very good answer if you ask me!. Oh well…

Reply

Heidi November 20, 2011 at 2:21 pm

I did it today – multiple times 🙂 – and it took $2 off both boxes like a normal Wags’ coupon. $4.99 x 2 = $9.98 – $2 MQ peelie – $2 MQ peelie – $4 infant booklet = $1.98 for both together and get back $3 RR. Sweet! (And they don’t expire until 2015. Made sure I grabbed these from the overstock because the stuff they had out expired in 2 months.)

Just a quick question for Christie. I see that you are not adding $1 to your total for the gift bags so I assume you are only buying one bag. I was under the impression that you have to buy all 8 to get the 8 for $1 price. If I remember correctly, that was the case when I bought the pencils around Halloween….I had to buy all 4 to get the coupon price. Which way is correct?

Thanks

Reply

Christie November 20, 2011 at 9:33 pm

I haven’t had to buy 8 bags to get the price. Usually if the item is with an IVC it will work on just one item.

Reply

A Walker November 20, 2011 at 10:01 pm

Thanks Christie. I’ll have to try that next time I need a filler. I’m sure that the register didn’t deduct the discount on the pencils until she rang up the 4th one. I’ll try just one next time and see what happens.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they are wordking their coupon booklets to say “manufacturer coupons” to try and trick us into not stacking them, lol….
