Reply

Kari September 4, 2011 at 11:47 am

No inserts today because it’s a holiday weekend.

You can check Sunday Coupon Preview’s website for the calender. Because of the holiday weekend, there are no inserts today. But that site is great, it gives you a head up what inserts will be for every week 🙂 hth

Osteo ONLY works for the BONUS 1 per day with 90 pills. they are $29..99 and the second one rings up $0.00 …then the $5 off in sept book beeps….so manager override and you will be lucky if they give you $5 off each cause one is free. Kind of a PITA

The reason the Wags booklets are beeping for more than one item (like using $5 from the sept. book for each item) is not because one is free, but because it now states only ONE per customer per offer. My manager at the Wags I go to said it was limited now to only taking off the coupon for one item. The coupons that come in the paper though still take off multiple times for multiple items.

I can’t find the carmex coupon either.

I originally posted the Carmex coupon on Thursday morning and it was available when I posted the scenario. I’m actually amazed that such a hot coupon lasted 3 days.

not sure what happened this morning, but literally EVERY single coupon beeped. fortunately, the cashier did an override. the only one she wouldn’t do was on the colgate paste. she said it wasn’t “toothpaste”, but just something for sensitive teeth. oh well, at least i got the mitchum and aveeno with hardly any hassle.

so..if it was something for teeth and it was paste, isn’t that toothpaste??? Sorry you had a bad day at wags. I had a customer in front of me who is brand new to couponing and had several voids (this was as the cosmetic counter too). My husband and 8 year old son were great troopers and helpers today. I even tried a new Wags today.

I went to Walgreens today and I found the bottles of vicks nyquil on sale for 1.69 each and after my 3 dollar off two coupon on P&G I paid only .38 cents for two!

Eliza September 5, 2011 at 11:29 am

Btw they were not marked at that price but that’s how they rang up and there was a big display so there were plenty in stock. 🙂

Lori September 5, 2011 at 6:57 pm

what size were the bottles? thanks!

Don’t see the $1.50 off Colgate Pro-Relief toothpaste anymore on coupon.com link. Has the offer been removed or just for me? Well anyway there is a $1.00 coupon for this in a direct mail insert from early last week. Can usually find dozens of these in the post office lobby trash barrels when people clean the junk mail out of their PO boxes.

Christie just wondering why you aren’t doing your updates from the field anymore. I alwasys looked forward to them before venturing out myself on Sundays. Miss them…

Thanks Dianne. I’ll do them again but last week my cat died and I was just too upset to do much of anything. And this weekend with the holiday it was just too much. So, unless something unexpected happens I should be back at it next weekend.

I’m sorry for you too Laura – it’s terrible isn’t it. 🙁

P@Lori they were 10fl oz and according to my cashier P&G is getting them a brand new label so they’re trying to get rid of the old ones just like they did with the diapers a while ago but there is nothing wrong with them (they expire until dec of next year). I also found the Dove chocolate Moments in a cute little birthday box on clearance for 2.29 and when I went up to pay for it rang up $1.19!! I got a few of those :). The box has a little bow tied on it and the size is 4.50oz. And even w/out coupons I thought it was an awesome deal! 🙂
