If the B1G1 coupon is scanned, it will likely take off the higher price which is according to the Walgreens policy. “When products are advertised in a Buy One, Get One Half Off promotion, the best value to the customer will be applied for the coupon. This will likely result in the coupon being applied to the highest priced item.” However, Walgreens cashiers always have their own ideas. So I’ve had cashiers actually NOT scan a coupon when it’s clear it’s been too popular and manually give credit for the lesser item, although this is rare. So always be prepared to only get the 50% value. The body washes are a part of a different cash rewards deal.
