I had an awesome $12 Olay coupon good on the mineral sunscreen from a couple of weeks ago PLUS a new $15 Olay coupon popped up good on the sunscreen too. Not all of you will have these, but do take a look at what you have. I also had other $10 Olay coupons for the premium face products. This month there is an awesome deal online to earn ♦$10 in cash rewards WYB $50 worth of select PG items. Remember there is also a monthly deal to earn ♥$5 cash rewards for spending $20 on facial care AND ◊$5 cash rewards for earning $20 on hair care. Some of these deals will overlap. For example the Herbal Essences will count toward the $20 threshold for hair and the $50 threshold for PG.
Keep in mind that NOT all PG or skin care or hair care work on the respective deals. So if you deviate from these choices, because you know stuff will sell out, be sure to ascertain that the items count for their respective cash rewards offers.

Also if you are a Senior Citizen and use the SENIOR20 to get 20% off regular price items, you’ll need to add more things. Make sure that you’ve reached $50 on PG (Herbal Essences & Olay) after the percentage comes off. Make sure you’ve reached $20 on Hair care (Herbal Essences & Dove). The percentage would only apply to the Herbal Essences and Fanciful above.
This is how you calculate percentage discounts and thresholds. For example if you have $25 worth of regular price hair care and $10 in manufacturers coupons, do this: $25-$10 = $15, then $15 * 20% is $3. So go back to the beginning $25-$3= $22 iS OVER $20, so the threshold has been met. Manufacturer’s coupon do not count against the threshold. Then if you have $22 worth of facial care, and $5 in coupons: $22-$5 = $17*20 = $3.40. So going back to the beginning, $22-$3.40 =$18.6, which is NOT enough so you won’t reach the threshold to earn points. In this case, add more facial care.
TIPS ON REMOVING ITEMS FROM YOUR CART: Because I want to post the best deal, I often add things and remove them to see how to grab the best deal, and this time I had a devil of a time removing things ONCE the FREE gifts showed up in my cart. They would not be deleted from the cart! Say instead of the Herbal Essences I had added 2 head and shoulders but the coupon for that one is only $3/2, so figured it’s a better deal with the $4/2, but they wouldn’t come off. YOU MUST remove the free gifts from the cart first. Try one or the other. Then when you add the items you are happy with, then the gifts don’t show up, so you must remove everything from the cart and start over. It’s a pain, BUT I think it was such an awesome deal, that I think it’s worth it!
THE PG Deal does work in store, but you’ll get a $10 PG coupon good on PG items instead of cash rewards in your account. Items are not tagged in-store, so last week when I grabbed a PG Deal in-store, I just went by checking on the website which items were included in the cash rewards deal. For example the Ultra Soft 4pk Charmin was not showing as a part of the $10 WYB $50 so I grabbed the Ultra strong which was showing and my coupon printed without a hitch. I DID not grab this deal in-store because the Olay sunscreens are way cheaper online, but if you try it in store, do let us know how it works for you.

I didn’t realize that doing the Almay deal in a pickup/shipping order last week had already added the Free Sample box, because the items hadn’t arrived at the store(ship-to-store) yet. Not having the sunscreen coupons, I used 2 different Olay Regenerist micro-sculpting products($31.99 price/each=$47.98), w/$12.00 & $10.00 clip-to-card thank you coupons. I didn’t add or need the St. Ives.I used the Herbal Essence & 2 of the Fanci-fulls(w/senior citizen 20% off) & Dove hair deals. Total value w/No.7 gift=$91.94, total after all coupons & discounts=$39.94, $20.69 cash rewards=$19.25
I DID have to rearrange the Olay once, and the No. 7 gift box dropped off, but having been warned of starting all over, I took all the items out of cart w/”save-for-later” & then added back the ones I didn’t need to change, and it worked.
