There are issues with this $5 WYB $15 Walgreens Clip2card coupon. The start date was supposed to be 5/18 and running thru 5/24. I went shopping with a friend on Saturday evening and she made her transaction before me and it did not work. I then scrapped mine and waited for Sunday. She phoned the Balance Rewards customer service and they looked over her transaction and readily gave her the 5,000 points. She had gotten $15.97 worth of Bic and only got $5 in points when it should have been $10 with the Clip2Card coupon. I went shopping with a different friend on Sunday and it did not work for either of us. However, it was a different store and at this one, the manager knew about the offer and added the points to our cards for each of us.
I hope that it’s been fixed, but I have not been to the store today. If any of you try it today and it works or doesn’t work, be sure to leave us a comment. I urge you to call the 800# if you made your transaction and didn’t receive them OR if you are barely making it and it doesn’t work, talk to your manager, they may already know about it. However, I know that will vary by store. Not all of them will issue the points on the spot like they did for us.

Thank you for the reminder! I went yesterday (5/20) and my total was $22, but I did not receive the $5 bonus. I called the 800 number and they added them right away.
My receipt says the spend $15e-coupon was applied but it only added 3500 bonus points! I also received am unexpected $4 RR that says its from Stouffers/ lean Cuisine but I didn’t by either of those! Walgreens is always difficult to figure out!
They had a glitch in their system and it was spitting out $4 and $3 register reward in each transaction for several hours on any purchase. Both RR had Stouffers written on it.
I bought 3 crest toothpastes yesterday and it didn’t give me the $5 RR…manager had to apply it to my account after. Happened to me last time too. Could it be because coupons were used?
Coupons shouldn’t affect it. I’ve done this deal twice. One buying Crest 3D White TP and received the 5.00 RR. (used coupons on each transaction) On my other transaction I purchased Pro Health and didn’t get the 5.00 RR. My store didn’t even have a display showing this deal but I had taken a pic earlier in the week from another store and just showed them it. Manager added 5.00 in BR’s to my card. I’m guessing it’s selected Crest.

Checked my account today (5/23) and coupon was removed. I had it clipped since 5/18 and haven’t used it yet
I had this coupon loaded to my card. I knew that it expired today, but I just checked and it’s already gone. I haven’t been to Walgreens this week, so I know I didn’t use it. On top of that, I didn’t get the new points bonus offer. Nice, huh? I just started shopping at Walgreens again since they started allowing us to use more than $5 worth of bonus points per trip. I’d forgotten what a PITA they could be. 🙁
