I have been in a big discussion with Walgreen’s customer service about these kinds of transactions. Some of my clip2card coupons do not come off. I scan the item with the app in the store and the coupon pops up. But when I check out some of the coupons don’t apply. When I contact customer service, they tell me I cannot combine a paper and a digital coupon in the same transaction if the coupon says limit one person customer. The above transaction is like that. Has anyone done it with success? I am just tired of my coupons not coming off. Every time I contact customer service, they say it’s because I used a paper and digital in the same transaction. Basically, you can’t buy 2 Tides in one transaction and use a paper and a digital. This doesn’t seem right and I have not seen anyone talking about it.
