I am in the Cincinnati market and for the past 3 weeks none of the deals which generate a Register Reward have done so. Most managers have given me equivalent points, but that ties up the line and my time. Is anyone else having this issue??
Yes. For some reason, my card has been doing this for the past two months. Every blue moon RR will print but usually they do not. I used my mom’s card for the Colgate deal and it printed just fine. Tried to get the same items with my card and it would not print. Manager said that he was having the same issue with his card and that they don’t print for him. Customer service was no help either.
