I tried using this coupon and the cashier scanned it and the discount came out on the screen and then she was like oh wait, we no longer accept coupons that offer a free product that are printed from the internet. This Rimmel coupon was from coupons.com and I only had 1. I also had to buy something to get something free, it wasn’t just for a free product. Is this a new policy i’m not aware of, even the manager Damien said it was their new policy. Any know? Thanks for any help!
She’s wrong. That’s just if it’s a product for a totally free product, not a buy one get one free.
Thank you for confirming. I won’t go back and argue or anything like. I know the manager has the final say. However I wanted to know so that going forward I follow the coupon rules.
