Has anyone been having trouble with this coupon both times it won’t scan.
I don’t know if anyone else had this problem, but last week I used the $1 off on the toilet paper and the register wouldn’t accept it. The manager was called and she said it would probably only work on the larger package even though the coupon did not have size restrictions. I had her try it on the large package and it didn’t work on that either so she finally put the discount in manually.
I used these yesterday. They wouldnt go through (said item not in cart). The manager said it was only for the bigger ones pictured even though there was no size restriction. He pushed them through only because they were out of the bigger sizes. So be on the lookout for this!
I hade same problem when I used the $1 coupon on the Ultra soft 6 roll. Manager just put in the discount.
I tried it also, on both the 6 pack and the larger pack. It didn’t work. Manager said they couldn’t manually adjust.
I tried to use these coupons today & they wouldn’t work. When scanned, the computer said item not in cart. Manager said it was because of the size & scanned the larger pkg which also didn’t work. Manager wouldn’t push the coupons through. He said there must be a reason it wasn’t working 🙁
The coupon is fine to use on that product, he should have put it thru. 🙁
