What did I do wrong? I just did the above deal with the Right Guard Deo, Lady Speed stk deo, mouth wash. My store was out of the water so I did candy bars instead. The cashier scanned the 5,000 pts booster coupon and the beauty coupon. The register told her the coupon exceeds the limit and wouldn’t take the beauty coupon. This was before I gave her the mfg coupons. She called the manager over and the manager said if it don’t accept it there is nothing we can do. Christie, is that correct did anyone else have a problem using the beauty coupon? That was the first time I tried using the beauty coupon. My order was $28 before mfg coupons because I spent more in candy bars than the water and lady speed stk was higher at my store. Thank you!
The Beauty coupon doesn’t play well with the booster coupon, that’s all. Just go HERE to sign up for the beauty points. Then, I’d would just call Balance rewards customer service and tell them what happened and have them add your points. If you had been signed up for the beauty points before your booster transaction it would have been fine – just the two at the same time don’t work well.
In this case the store staff really didn’t have the ability to do anything – they can’t add the points, but Balance Rewards Customer Service should be able to help you. 🙂
