There seems to be a lag between when you sign up for Beauty & Personal Care Points & when it is activated. I signed yesterday afternoon and made my purchase in the evening (about 4 hrs apart) and did not get any B&P care points. I did online chat and the rep credit my account with the point. Maybe better to wait over-night before buying anything that should earn B&P care pts.
