whats the secret to get these redplum coupons to print?
It wasn’t enough to reinstall Java for me. I had to remove older java versions. Also once you do it don’t give up. Try a different browser. I have a Windows 7 that prints them from Internet Explorer and an XP that prints them only from Google Chrome.
Deanna, I finally had to uninstall everything Java from my computer and then reinstall when I went to print from the RedPlum site. That solved it for me and it’s worked fine ever since. Just an idea since I know how frustrating that problem is!
I also had trouble printing Redplum coupons. On their homepage, there is a Help button at the bottom. There are several options listed to try to fix the problem. The first one, clearing out temporary files under Java, worked for me (with IE and Windows 7). Its frustrating, because I had to do this the last time I tried to print rp coupons. With they would fix it!
