St. Joseph’s & Children’s Benadryl– More ways to use your 20%!

by Christie- on February 18, 2014

Benadryl 2wHere are a couple of ideas on how to use that 20% off discount coupon. Please note I didn’t find this coupon in the circulars found in the front of the store. It was in the circular that came with my newspaper, but you can print it HERE or you can also pull it up on your Walgreens Mobile app.

The Children’s Benadryl 4 oz products are part of this monthly points deal: buy 2 and get $3 (3,000 Balance Reward Points). They are regularly priced, so you can use the 20% off coupon. I found prices starting at $4.89 at my store.

Walgreens Deals (thru 2/18)
Buy (2) Children’s Benadryl, 4 oz, $4.89 Reg. Price
20% off In-Ad Coupon (3903) or  HERE [-$1.96]
(2) Save $1 off any Children’s benadryl Product (Ets)
Total = $5.82, Get Back $3 (3,000 Balance Reward Points)
= Just $1.41 EACH!

St joseph -2wThe St. Josephs points deal from last week is actually a monthly points deal: buy 1 and get $1 (1,000 Balance Reward Points). They were sale priced last week, but not this week. Now regular prices will vary from store to store, but I found mine at $2.29, so if you use your 20% coupon and a manufacturer coupon, you can get these for free or even make a few pennies. Be on the lookout for a special display. I thought my store would be out of them on Sunday, but I actually found lots in a display. The St. Josephs meltaways also work but the regular price on these start at $2.99.

Walgreens Deals (thru 2/18)
Buy (1) St. Joseph’s Aspirin, 36 ct, $2.29 Reg. Price
20% off In-Ad Coupon (3903) or  HERE [-46¢]
(1) $1/1 St. Joseph Low Dose Aspirin, exp. 3/30/14 (SS 02/09/14 R)
Total = 83¢, Get Back $1 (1,000 Balance Reward Points)
= FREE + 17¢ Money Maker!

Christie, another good deal when using the 20% off coupon is on the Nice brand toilet paper. I just checked walgreens.com and the 12 double roll pack is priced at $5.79.

$5.79
-1.16 (less 20% discount)
Total = $4.63 or .19 a roll (considering it is double rolls)!

The deal gets better if you are prescription savings club member and you could save an extra 10%!

It’s the right link. It just looks like whoever handles Benadryl’s website forgot to renew their security certificate. Someone is not going to have a good Wednesday!

I bought some BOGO’s going on at Walgreens today. Irish Spring, Jergens, Right Guard Deo and Tone Body Wash. My receipt said that all items were bought at regular price but the 20% only came off the Jergens.

I thought it would come off the regular priced items but not the half-off or free items. So it did come off the Jergens BOGO 50% off but not the BOGO free items. BTW, the cashier had no idea about the 20% coupon so I had to go back to my car and get my ad that was delivered. Yes, I travel with my ads lol
