MARS DEAL: Here’s an awesome surprise for you! The Mars Candy thats $1.99 with a 50¢ Register Reward produced 3 Register Rewards in the same transaction! This is highly unusual, since usually you would only receive one Register Reward in this transaction. I don’t know how long this deal will last but here’s how it went…

TUMS DEAL: If you are looking for the Tums that are FREE after Register Rewards, you may want to check the cereal isle. Not really sure why they are putting them there but that’s where I found them. Hmmm… Quaker Oats and Fiber One apparently might lead to the need for Tums. 😉

NEW LABELS: I’m really liking the new labels. Looks like Walgreens is trying yellow labels for sales and blue labels for Register Rewards and Points deals. That certainly makes them easier to spot!

I did the Tums and Colgate deal…paid with points to get the RR (paid 99 cents after tax using 5,000 points and got back 4.50RR and 2.50RR) I then used the RR to buy 3 Axe deodorants. Axe was 3.96 at my store, so 11.07 for 3, minus $6 in coupons – 4.50RR, so 57 cents oop and I got the 3,000 points. Did that 3 times. 🙂
I didn’t buy candy because I bought 13 bags yesterday! I still have coupons though. I’ll try tomorrow after work for that deal. They will have probably fixed it by then though.
I did use the BOGO snickers/snickers peanut butter coupons. They were $2 for 3, so 67 cents each, but my coupons took off 90 cents for each. (strange!) I figured I would pay 33 cents each. Ended up paying 22 cents each. I also had a couple tear pad coupons for BOGO M&Ms/M&M candy bar. They were 22 cents each also.
Thought there were 4,000 pts on the Garnier. Nope. Only the makeup bb cream.
Just left Wags and scored 6 bags of Mars candy for $6.78 total AND (6) $.50 Register Rewards!

When I bought my candy, a manager told me that I would get a RR for each bag I purchased, and I did. I was expecting to receive only on register reward so getting 4 rewards was a surprise to me. This manager said it is a special 5 day deal and they will continue to print a RR for each bag you purchase during that five day period. So this is apparently not an “error”, we are supposed to receive a RR for each bag that we purchase. Sweet!
How big are the M&M bags?
There is a coupon in the 10-27 RP for $1/1 9.9 oz and larger… Fingers crossed that this is included!
Yes…the $1/1 reportedly works, and is the correct size!
Just tried it! I found 11 oz bags at my store marked $3.49, but they rang up the $1.99 like the others. Paired with the $1/1, paid 99 cents and got a .50 RR!

There’s also a $1/2 coupon in the Walgreens November booklet. Can we also use this coupon along w/the manufacturer coupon $1/1 from the 10/27 RP?

Don’t need any Halloween candy but sounds like a great time to start stocking up on Christmas stocking stuffer candy!
I bought four bags and got a total of two 50-cent RR in Fort Worth, TX.
Wouldn’t the m&ms coupon work for the November monthly savings book? It says $1/2 m&m chocolate candies?
Did not work for me. I grabbed 3 bags of M&Ms, used my $2/3 ip and the IVC beeped. The cashier said it had to be Christmas bagged. I said it says ANY M&Ms it doesn’t say it has to be a specific holiday. After talking to the manager, he said the coupon is for what’s pictured, the loose M&Ms, not the fun size or individually wrapped M&M’s. Manager would not accept it on the fun size, even though the bag sizes are the same.
Colgate Total and Snickers did not ring up on sale at my store. The Colgate did print a RR, the candy did not. The manager gave me .50 back. Took me about 15 minutes to check out. 🙁 Not a good experience.
which Snickers? The Minis? cuz those were not included at either stores I went to, they were scanning reg price. Only the Fun Size are $1.99. I think lots of people are assuming the minis & fun size are the same product, but they are not. And using the coupon on the Fun Size anyway.
Ok so I need some help…. There’s been a few pages stating that you can get a mixture of free Gillette items at wags by using the new qs and getting rr for p&g purchase over 25.00. Has anyone tried this?
Candy worked for me, as did Tums and Colgate (although I had to get a diff Colgate variety; first did not accept my .50 coupon).
Another deal: I got 2 Digiorno pizzas, B1G1. Also used a $2 coupon (printed a week or so ago). I got a $1 RR from that as well, although I wasn’t expecting to 🙂
I was prepared to ring all my candy up separate transactions for the RR deals when the clerk told me that the RR’s were printing no matter how many I had in a transaction! I was so happy when they did in fact all print out in ONE transaction! whoohoo!! I also found a $2 off coupon for Digornio I had printed weeks ago and scored 2 pizzas (B1G1 free) for just $3.79 (received $2 RR from it! that I wasn’t expecting!) I also got 2 boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 1 box Lucky charms for $1.25 each. I walked out with 3 boxes of cereal, 2 pizzas, 8 bags of candy, 4 candy bars for OPP $11.71 (after coupons, old RR’s, and some built up points) BUT with all the RR’s back it would be just $4.71!! Whoohoo! Great day!
I purchased 2 peanut m&m fun bags and 1 peanut butter m&m fun bags. For some reason, the peanut ones rang up at $1.49 instead of $1.99! Not the peanut butter though. The $2 off coupon worked and got 3 50 cent rewards back.

The candy with 10% more free or such do NOT print the RR fyi, but they do ring up for $1.99… Everything else did print for me. I bought 6 bags of candy and got five 50 cent RR. Tums and Colgate worked fine for me. Might go again for the candy tomorrow.
Bought 4 DiGornio’s (supremes) but did not get the catalina for them. Does anyone know why? I did use coupons, but no RR’s or points.
I bought 4 DiGiorno’s today too. (BOGO, so pd for 2) I used 2 (-$2/2) and only got $1 RR back. 🙁 I don’t live far from Walgreens so I probably will go back to ask them about it. I was thinking I’d get $3 RR back since it seems like others have got that. I printed off the offer on couponnetwork so maybe that will help when/if I go back.
