Walgreens Updates From the Field 10/20

by Christie Bisbee on October 20, 2013

Glade Sense & SprayHere are some updates from my shopping trip today to Walgreens today. Hopefully some of these will help your trip go a little smoother.

GLADE DEAL: You can get a great deal on Glade Sense & Spray this week at Walgreens when you combine the sale, points and $2.00 on any Glade Sense & Spray starter kit coupon.
The newer styles of the Sense & Spray did not ring up for the sale price so you’ll want to stick to the traditional ones, like the one I have pictured or the white one.

Walgreens Deals (thru 10/26)
Buy (1) Glade auto spray Refill 6.2 oz $4.79
$2.00 on any Glade Sense & Spray starter kit
Total = $2.79, Get Back $1 (1,000 Balance Rewards Points)
= $1.79 EACH!

EOSEOS DEAL: If you are interested in doing the EOS deal and are looking for more selection look for a special display with EOS and Ricola. I love these lip balms and $1.50 each is a great price for these. This is also a great opportunity to turn $5 or less worth of points into Register Rewards.

Walgreens Deals (thru 10/26)
Buy (2) EOS Lip balms 2/$6
Total = $6, Get Back $3 Register Reward
= $1.50 EACH

PuracynPURACYN DEAL: If you are looking for the FREE Puracyn it’s in a little box. I kept looking for just a bottle like pictured in the ad. It wasn’t labeled at my store but it rang up properly and printed the Register Reward. Hopefully you’ll find them easily in your store.

ORAL-B TOOTHBRUSH DEAL: I didn’t find the exact Oral-B toothbrush pictured in the ad at my store but the Oral-B 3-D White Vivid varieties work for the Register Reward deal.

So even if you don’t find these toothbrushes tagged (they weren’t tagged in my store), look for those to get your Register Reward.

How did your shop go? What Other great deals did you find at your store? Let us know! :)

The coupon that we printed for the IB meds this week on one of the RRs had to be folded to separate the two bar codes. If you don’t it will read the last one instead of the first one. Works like a charm when folded. $1 mm with coupon.

I hope my store does that, too. I really don’t like those white tags.

I found the Orville Redenbacher POP Crunch on clearance for 78 cents bag. I used the rest of my 50 cent off coupons to clear the shelf for 28 cents each. HOLLA, clearance, HOLLA!

Hi, I’m thinking to roll puracyn RR to buy True result blood glucose meter and get it rebate. Does anyone know if the company would give me back my register reward in the check?
