I am not a huge WAGS shopper because I haven’t really figured out the “points” system yet. I received an email that says “Get 2,000 points on your next purchase.* No matter what you spend!” Fine print reads that it is good 3/19 & 3/20. One time use per customer. Points will not be earned in a transaction where Redemption Dollars or Store Credit is used. I was pretty shocked to receive this email! My current points balance is 3,500 and I’ve never redeemed points.
This makes me wonder if this is why I got the 5k points instead of the 3k in your NICE garbage bag deal you posted earlier….

Woo-Hoo! Just checked my email and I got it. It didn’t come from Walgreens though so look careful it was from Balance Rewards. I almost missed it because I get alot of emails from reward programs and such. Hmmm now I have to figure out what to do because between Sunday and Monday most of my coupons for Walgreens this week I have used. If you don’t go on those days you wont get anything on sale. They do have lots of Starbucks but we don’t like that. lol.
I did this today. Bought Almay eye shadow – $7.49 and make remover -$5.49. Used $5/1 and 2 wags $2/1 cpns. combined with the B1G1 50% off. Total after tax was $1.33…..Money Maker after receiving 2000 points!!!
I was in the store this morning, and spent less than $10. It printed a coupon to use on the 20th and 21st for $2 off $10 purchase.
I wonder if it is $10 before coupons?

I just came back from shopping there and noticed on my receipt that I earned an extra 2000 points but didn’t know why (this was in addition to the 15950 I earned for buying Cottenelle, Bayer, Scotch tape and Snickers!) so it was a pleasant surprise! Checked my email and it said, today only 2000 points for any purchase of $10 or more. Thanks Christie!
I received the email this morning, bought a few things a little while ago and got a $2.00 off a $10.00 purchase that expires on 3/21.
Spent $15.XX earned 22000 points on ten boxes of bayer now I am we’ll over 40000
I did the deal online…bought 14 boxes of bayer low dose @bogo 50% off, used the lucky15 code for 15% off, total was $26.65 which earned free shipping, earned 28000 points for bayer deal and 2000 bonus points from my email (30000 points equals $35!) and 6% cash back from shopathome. I know I could have used manf. Q’s if I did the deal in store but I only had 2, so the 15% off code was much better and I didn’t clear the shelves! Both of my parents use low dose aspirin daily, so getting paid to stock them up is fantastic!! Walgreens is awesome…you never could’ve gotten a deal like this at Walmart. 🙂

*I got the 2000 points on today, 3/19 only also. As a friendly reminder of the fine print – the $10 minimum is applied AFTER any Walgreens coupons are deducted (if you were hoping to get more awesome Almay deals or something else with Walgreens Q’s:
“$10 must be spent in a single transaction and purchase amount is calculated before taxes and after all Walgreens Coupons and discounts are applied.”

so can you use RR to make your 10$ less OOP or do you have to actually spend 10$ to get it?
Didn’t work for me at ALL! Had 3 diff transactions
I got $2/10, valid thru 21st march.
I did 2 transactions at 2 different stores & got a $2/$10 coupon at both! I didn’t get the email about the points though.
I did the garbage bag deal online and got a 2k pt bonus. I also went to the store and got a $5/20 purchase catalina good for today and tomorrow only. I now need a good deal to use this on to get more pts. My goal is to never have to pay for diapers for my son (paid through pts instead).
I did NOT get an email, but I still got the 2000 Balance points for my purchase and then got a catalina for 2000 more with another $10 purchase in store through the 22nd. Since they didn’t have the Almay make-up remover towlettes that I wanted and the truck comes in tomorrow, I may go back.
I got the email, it said get 2000 points when you spend $10, for today only march 19. I bought over $10 and I didnt use any points or RR, but I did NOT get the 2000 points but I did get a coupon for 2 off of $10 on the 20th and 21st only.
