Call Walgreens corporate and ask for the Balance Rewards customer service. They can add it to your account.
Still waiting from SEPTEMBER for 7000 points they said should post to my account in 6-7 weeks. Was on the phone for over an hour and they were incredibly rude to deal with at Balance Rewards customer service.
