I think it is dependent from store to store. From what I’ve been told in the past managers have to “input” the next weeks ad in and sometime to save time they’ll just keep both ads going and then after closing change out the old ad.
I went to try this deal and it worked great! I found a coupon for free salsa here…http://www..com/. They also have $1/3 for 12 packs of Pepsi products but I gave up pop so I didn’t buy any. I got 3 Chex Mix, 2 Tostitos, and one Tostito Salsa for $2.10 with tax. I used 3- .50/1 Chex Mix, $1/2 in the January Wags booklet and free salso coupon.
I got the deal on Doritos (was a surpise!)… It rang up on both registers as $1.99 plus BOGO (southern Cali)… I’m going back for Chex mix!

I went to Walgreens around 9:00 am and to my surprise the new prices were already activated, I got 8 bags of Chex mix, 4 Hormel chilli cans but I forgot about the Tostitos 🙁
I also bought 4 Thermacare ( B1G150% ) and 4 boxes of Nature Valley, to my surprise this time it printed the $2 Catalina that did not print for me last Sunday, I also noticed that I got 9000 points, I know 5000 are from Thermacare and the bars but have no idea were the xtra 4000 came from, I did the same transaction twice and got 9000 points every time 🙂

I got 4 pepsi’s, 2 doritos, 2 tostitos, and 2 bbq chips, and 2 chex, and only got 3,000 points 🙁 And I only got 3 12 packs for $10.92 not 4 for $10.92. But I did get back a coupon for $1.50/3 pepsi next 12 packs…
They also tried to change the free chips to $1.99 so I didn’t get them free, and it wouldn’t let them! Serves them right!
Did 16 Bags and got 6000 points. Also pepsi 2 liters had .75 cent off coupons. i got 64 bottles and also god 18000 points for that. My walgreens was well stock in Los Lunas New Mexico.
Worked perfectly at our store in Muskegon Michigan. 4 bags of Chex Mix free and 2 Doritos for $0.99 because I had a $1/2 coupon! They were out of Tostidos but gave me a raincheck for 2 for $1.99 so I can do that deal next week and use my free salsa/dip coupon with them!
Did the Pepsi Q from Food Lion work for anyone? It says, “Consumer: Good only at Food Lion.” If that is the case, I don’t think these are supposed to be used at Walgreens. Will Walgreens get reimbursed? This verbage is not on the Doritos or Tostitos coupons.
It would not let me use the Pepsi q from Food Lion but I did use the Dorito’s q and it worked fine.

I printed the coupon from Food Lion. One print per computer instead of the usual two. I have two computers and each coupon looks exactly the same. No individual ID code or anything. It states it is a manufacturer’s coupon and is not limited to using at Food Lion. The Pepsi ones are limited to Food Lion. I would not copy it, but boy is it ripe for abuse. I do not see anything to stop someone. I thought the coupon industry had wised up to this, or I am missing something? Oh well no time to contemplate got to run to Wags. Kids just cleaned me out of Chex Mix!
I had so much fun today at Walgreens. I had 4 $.60 Chex Mix coupons and 3 $.50 as well. So I made $.47 on 7 bags of Chex Mix. I did the Nature Valley deal today also. I bought five total, but one box was marked down to $1.07. I also got 12 bags of Tostitos and 4 bags of Doritos. My Tostitos had peelies for free salsa when you buy 2. So, I got 6 free salsa with the coupons and got another 3000 points for being over $30. I also got the other 6000 bonus points too. So, the overall breakdown:
Tostitos/Doritos (16) $15.92
Tostitos Salsa (6) $15 – (6) Free wyb 2 chips peelies
Nature Valley (5) $9.07 -(2) $.50/2 MQ
Spent $23.99, but got back 13,000 points and $6 RR. Everything cost me less than $5!!!!!
