no ibotta is an app for your smartphone, its an ecoupon app that you can cash out at any anytime. You don’t need to have a min $5 balance like you do with Savingstar.
u can stack this w/ the manf $2 coupon on http://www.coupons.com, then come home and submit for your Ibotta coupon. So I got this for free

Once you complete your first purchase offer and it gets approved, you’ll get an additional $5 in your acct (I’ll get $1)
So once you download the app to your smart or iphone, take a look at the savings gallery. what you need to do is click on the offers and do the tasks (like take a poll, watch a video, etc) You won’t get the money until you actually purchase the product, upload your receipt from the list of qualifying stores and scan the UPC code for verification.
If you don’t buy a product or not interested in an offer, then click on the image and thumbs it down. Within a day or two, they will replace it with something else. If you like something, thumbs it up. The more you do, the better the offers!
