FREE Wet ‘n Wild Products at Walgreens!

by Christie Bisbee on May 14, 2012

If you were one of the lucky few who received the regional $1/1 Wet n Wild coupon in your Red Plum insert yesterday then check out some of the following deals you can get at Walgreens when combined with the monthly sale.

Remember, because the coupon is a penny more than the purchase price, the coupon will have to be adjusted. Or you can buy one more item than you are using coupons for, so if you buy (5) items, use (4) coupons. Whether you’re stocking up for yourself or anybody else FREE is always the perfect price!

Walgreens Deals
Wet n Wild Megalast Nail Color $.99
$1/1 Wet n Wild Product from, exp 6/30 (RP 5/13/12)

How are the able to lower the coupon down? When they send that coupon back to the manufacturer, won’t they receive their full dollar amount. Just really curious about this one.

Both Walgreens and CVS follow that policy – and yes – they would get the full value. 🙁

I was going to buy the nail polish but they were pretty much gone except for the really dark and light colors

I did get the Aquafresh toothpaste with the blinkie coupons but I had a bit of trouble having them adjusting down the coupon. Cashier didn’t understand what I meant when I told her to adjust down the last coupon. She called someone over who tells me I can’t use it and reads the fine print saying that they can’t alter the coupon. I explained to her that the coupon policy states that the coupon can be adjusted down (like 3 times) and that doesn’t mean we are altering the coupon. I think in the end she just didn’t want to deal with me and adjusted the coupon. She even said she was letting it through this time. She obviously didn’t want to admit I was right.

This just shows that some cashier don’t have a clue about coupons. They like to make things up like in this case saying we are altering the coupon by adjusting it down which I’m sure that not what the fine print in coupons mean.

I had a manager basically do the same thing to me. The next day I went to the store manager. I gave him a copy of their policy with that part highlighted. I told him that he might want to give that to manager X and have him review it. I have never had an issue at that store since. All the employees know the policy now!

I believe we live fairly close since I know you live in O’fallon and as do I. I am fairly new to couponing and am totally addicted. I have only been trying my new couponing skills at walgreens for about the last month and a half or so. I have been to the few different walgreens off of Hwy K. Which one do you feel has the best emplyee’s/ managers in regards to knowing the coupon policy and keeping a good stock on hand?
