I buy stuff on ebay all the time. Just make sure you are dealing with a seller with a good rating and read the details about their shipping policies to make sure you have time to get your order. 🙂
Yes – safe and legal! Pick a seller that has high feedback / great feedback. I have never had a problem with any of the sellers I have bought from!
when i buy off ebay i also like to look for the ones with free expedited shipping. Depending on how far the seller is from you if you go with regular shipping you might not get the coupon in time for the sale.
