Scott Naturals Catalina Coupon!

by Christie Bisbee on September 14, 2011

You may want to look at your catalina coupons to see if you have this awesome catalina for $2.50/1 Scott Naturals Paper towels. If you do you can stack it with the $1/1 in the Walgreens coupon book to get these for just $1.50 each!

I always seem to get more catalinas when I use my debit card, it’s not a guarantee but they seem to know what other purchases I’ve made with it and it’ll spit out catalinas accordingly.

If you have this catalina you can…

***DEAL IDEA***
Buy (1) Scott Naturals Paper Towels 6pk $5
-$2.50/1 Scott Naturals Paper Towels 6pk Catalina
-$1/1 Scott Naturals Paper Towels, 6 rolls (5982) Sept. Walgreens Coupon Book
Total = $1.50 EACH

And while we are on the subject of Scott Naturals, did you happen to notice the ad on the very front page of the ad this week? Walgreens is CLEARLY encouraging you to stack MQ with coupons from the Monthly book.

For those of you who have issues stacking with the Monthly book, you may want to point out this ad to your store.

(Thanks Debbie!)

I have not gotten this catalina but I did notice that in my scott natural paper towels package, there is a coupon for scott paper towels, so be on the look out!

Don’t get too excited about these paper towels.. I bought them a few months back because they were on sale at Wags. Yikes… I wouldnt want them if they were free.. =)

Sure there on the rough side, but they are paper towels. They eventually get thrown away and do the job good enough so the less money I spend the better. Now if it’s toliet paper were talking about, thats a different story!

I use them for certain tasks where rough is ok and actually maybe even ideal. And I use Bounty, Viva or Brawny for other stuff. 🙂

These are my favorite because they are rough and durable. I use one at every meal for my toddler. It becomes soft when I dampen it and scrub her face and hands without the towel falling apart. They’re awesome for that!

I had that catalina and did the deal on Sunday. I did not use the Sept Walgreen’s book because there is always a big problem with my store saying we can’t and manufacture’s blah, blah, blah so I didn’t even try. I did, however, use the Walgreen’s coupon that was in our Sunday paper a few weeks ago that was $1 off Scott Naturals. Cashier said it was considered a store coupon and it stacked with the $2.50 w/o any problems.

I asked the manager about this like three weeks ago because they did the same thing with cottonelle toilet paper stacking the two coupons the manager was very polite and told me some coupons in the book are in fact manufacturer coupons and the system will not let them stack but some coupons even though they say manufacturer coupon on them are actually walgreens store coupons and the system will let them stack. The problem is not even the manager knows which is which so he says his store policy on that is if it works on the computer then they will take it if it doesn’t there is nothing he can do about it. You just have to try them and see but don’t expect them to stack them all because some work they won’t do it. Hope this helps, it definitely helped me out while shopping there:)

that’s not true at all! The only time a coupon book coupon may not work with a manf coupon, is if it is scanned before a manufacturer coupon 🙂 ALL of the coupons in the book are walgreens coupons and don’t need to be collected for reimbursement.

you know, its funny you say that Christie, because I think I too get a TON more catalina’s when I use my debit card! Come to think of it, last week when I got the FREE Poise product up to $6 value catalina I used my debit card!

Yes, I had two of these Catalina’s and used them a couple of weeks ago. I kept watching for a good deal on them and low and behold a $1 Wags Q comes out. Can’t beat $1.50 even if they aren’t the best. Great for cleanups, outside and camping.

I didn’t receive this one (Scott’s) catalina BUT I did score $2 off Playtex–because I had bought them earlier in the week to go with the great RR’s they offered and stacked coupon with it–so it spit it out and come to think of it I did pay via debit that time…dang I am gonna have to try it again next week see if I get anything else 🙂

Yay! Got it! Thanks for the heads up.

I am just glad to get paper towel cheap, even if it’s not the best kind!
