Here’s an IP for $2 off. I was able to print it twice.

There is also a $2 off 1 Advil prinatble at http://www.medicinecabinetsafety.com. This coupon prompts a regular coupon printing box, so you can print as many copies as you like. I did this deal yesterday, and for $.99 I got 2 bottle of infant Advil drops. (This was a good thing because my infant came down with a fever yesterday!)

Hey Carrie, so the $2/1 printable worked on the infant drops with no beeps?

I tried the $2/1 Man. coupon yesterday on the Infants Drops and it beeped. The cashier said they couldn’t take it due to the fact that the Man. coupon says “Childrens” on it, but does not state anything about Infants. At least you can still use the Infant Care Book though to get some kind of break!

Where can you find the infant booklet?

Google Walgreens Infant Care Book & search the results in images. My Wags will take the code from the coupon with no coupon but might be worth printing to take with you. Since it is a Wags coupon they do not have to keep a copy of the used coupon. Hope this helps. Code for the Infants/Children’s Advil is #5520.

Thanks for the code. I’m on my way to try this 🙂

We found these at our WAGS on clearance for $4 making them a moneymaker with coupons from Sunday. They rang up really strange though so be on your toes.

Can’t you use 2 MQ and stack with 2 from the Infant Care booklets. What would that make 2 cost?

You should be able to if your WG’s will stack a WG coupon with a MF coupon. Makes it about $0.23 for two infant advil! A bargain!

So I did this deal today- I bought 4 childrens advil and used the 5/3 mfq and 2/1 mfq then I gave the cashier the infant care booklet and it beeped. She showed me the infant care booklet states manufacturer coupon so it won’t allow them to stack. This is new because i’ve used stacked them many times over the last few months with no problem. Why does it say manufacturer coupon in the Infant Care booklet? It’s a walgreens booklet?!? The manager ultimately overrode it, but he agreed you aren’t supposed to stack them.

if the upc reads as a 4-digit number then it’s a wags coupon and IS stackable. most, if not all, coupons in wags coupon booklets and ads are 4-digit. if it begins with a 5 (usually) its a mf coupon and NOT stackable with another mf coupon. i say stand your ground if you know you’re right 🙂

i work at wags! so when you use a walgreens coupon from the infant care booklet or from the monthly coupon books you need to have the cashier scan the walgreens coupons FIRST, THEN the manufacturers coupons or else the register will beep.

If you buy 4 advil products and use the buy 3 get $5 off coupon. How many more coupons can you use? I don’t have the infant care booklet. Didn’t know if I could use 3 more advil coupons on top of the $5?

I did this deal today and got a surprise…and not a good one! I bought 4 Children’s advil and used 4 IP Qs and the Infant care Q. When I got home I realized that my 50% off was only for $5.00 instead of the $7.00 I was expecting. I went back later and asked about it and they said apparently corporate is changing the computers to do 50% off after Wags Qs!!! I still got a decent deal on the Advil at $1.76 a bottle but not as good as I thought it would be.

just a thought: for future B1G1 purchases try having your cashier press total before taking coupons. i worked for wags for a couple years so i’m hoping i still rememeber the registers pretty well lol…it might work, might not. but it’s worth a shot! good luck next time 🙂

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday. My 50% off amount was a dollar short of actual 50% off. So today when I went to do the deal again, I told the cashier what had previously happened.

After he scanned the two Advil and before he took any coupons, he pushed total and a $3.50 flashed (being the correct 50% off amount). BUT then after the coupons were scanned, a $2.50 amount flashed (being $1.00 short of the 50% amount…just like before).

He called a manager over and they decided that it was because of the coupons that I wasn’t getting the full 50% off. WEIRD.

We had the weird flash thing too. The manager explained that the WAGS coupons are treated just like an overlapping sale deal. The 50% off comes after the lowest price is reached with the WAGS coupons. In our case we bought four at 4.19, used the $5/3 and another $1/1 and then the Infants Care Q. The amount it took off for the 50% items was 2.20 total.

Everyone was a bit perplexed until he explained how it works. Guess it makes sense. Not like you should get 50% off the regular price when it is on sale or clearance. Still really really cheap.
