You don’t need a filler as the coupon in the August booklet doesn’t count as a coupon. You don’t need to buy 2. I think that is misprint.
You can buy one and use the IP coupon and the booklet coupon and pay .49.
Shouldn’t it be buy 1?

I had a manufacture coupon but it said only redeem at target. So I asked . I over heard Wags manager telling my fav cashier that the lil secret is if it has two barcode’s. One is the manufacture the other the store! I can use it at walgreens!!! Gotta love this!
I got a catalina for $2 off a revlon beauty tool when I did a transaction the other day. With this I can get an even better deal off a more expensive tool. Good news is it has printed one with each revlon purchase, so I keep getting $.49 tweezers.
Check on the coupon again, it may have reset??!! I was able to print it again!!!!!! WHooo hoooo!
