Amanda let me know about a deal she found at her store. I found them at my store too. It’s a Monthly Register Reward Deal on Milka 3.52oz chocolate bars. These are 2/$3 this week, so this is the best week to grab these.

PUREX DEAL
Looks like someone in my area really wanted to stock up on the cheap Purex. Looks like they are selling well, and I’m guessing non-couponers are even buying them at that price. The coupon is good for a while so if you don’t find them or don’t find at least (3) (the published limit) at your stores don’t forget to get a raincheck for these!
SCOTCH TAPE DEAL
I had some issues with the scotch tape pdf coupon. It has anything to do with it being a pdf, the problem is that when you look at the value code, (in this case 33) it actually stands for Buy 2 – Get $1.00 Off. 🙁 So, it will beep on one. So save yourself the headache and if you want the Scotch packing tape…

ALMAY DEAL
The Almay deal seems to be working for me just like it did last time. If your store had the Spring Book programmed last time you’ll probably find that they are still working. However if it beeped at your store last time, you’ll probably find that it’s beeping again. The wipes and the eye make-up remover in a liquid worked for me, but the eye make-up remover in the little round canister beeped, so keep that in mind.

Did the almay q allow for the overage ? Because normally stores don’t adjust down, so i’d just take the overage.
Christi, the tape coupons beeped for me too, but the cashier just manually put them through. Thanks for explaining…we were both so confused.
I also got the Herbal Essence Styling gel on clearance for $2.79 and received the RR.
Lastly, I wanted to thank you for doing the math on the Mr. Clean. I am the most excited about these. I’ve been needing them but wanted to wait until they were on sale.
thanks for the info on the Tape, would explain why my first two scanned no problem and the last two wouldn’t scan. We were confused too, but she just pushd them through since i had purchased the right amount according to the wording on the coupon.
The tape coupon beeped for me, too, but the cashier and manager both said it was because you could only use one coupon per transaction (which is totally not what the coupon says). After arguing enough about it, they pushed it through. Also, the M&M booklet coupon rang up as a manuf. Q so the $2/2 coupon wouldn’t go through without a manual entry.
The manager I had today didn’t have a problem with the tape q’s…he counted the tapes and the q’s and put them through manually.
just got back from wags, there was a manager with anger issues (and it wasn’t even toward me, it was toward a very nice employee)Just wondering if anyone knows the number or email to corporate. Anyway I did make some good finds, my wags had toys 75% off their 6.99 toys were 1.74, they had a half a aisle full of these toys, I got a bunch for easter for my boys.
Hi – have a quick question, I did the pupperoni and milk bones deal today, however, the RR’s did not print. Is there anyway to prove that they are monthly deals? The cashier at my Wags knew nothing about the monthly deals. Thanks in advance for your help!!
The Scotch coupons are really a mess (gotta love PDF’s). Does anyone know if the Magic Tape coupons also require you to buy 2 like the packing tape deal?
I tried to use both the packing tape and magic tape coupons at Walmart last week and the register actually printed slips for both that said I had not purchased the correct items. I actually even had 2 rolls of magic tape, but no luck.
The cashier was really sweet but said she had to call the manager anyway. Then when he got there he said they couldn’t push through digital coupons anymore (whatever) so I just politely returned them.
Sounds like Walgreens will have less of a problem, so I might try there. It is really a shame though because Walmart had magic tape rolls on sale for $.50 a piece!
I did the Puperoni deal today too, bought three and no RR printed. Spoke to the manager and he said that because I had 3/$1 off one coupons I hadn’t reached the monetary amount needed to trigger the reward.
Is that true? I didn’t think that it said that at on the sign.
Christie can you help? Should I email corporate or call them?

I had this happen to me last week with the Dove 4/$15. Since I was getting it on the day where they had Friends & Family discount it ended up being less than $15 so she told me I had to buy another one. I politely said it seems like it should work anyway but she said no and with the discount it would only be 80 something cents extra. It didn’t sound right to me, but my baby was getting fussy so I just grabbed a 5th dove product. Well the receipt prints out, turn out I was right I did only need the original 4 to get the RR and the extra product was $3.89 (not 80 something cents like she said) more than I had to spend. I returned it on the spot.
Long story short, sorry for the novel, you should be able to do the deal just the same and not have to buy additional product.
I know, it is really irritating and usually my Manager is a sweetheart, and has even given me back cash when the store has been wrong. I need to go back and take a cell phone pic of the sign. But I think I am going to call the Catalina Co that Christie mentions in her FAQ section and see if they can help me. Keeping my fingers crossed! : )
