WOW! $15 OFF $15 Deal at Totsy!

by Christie Bisbee on March 3, 2011

UPDATE – This one is dead!

WOW! This is absolutely crazy! The daily deal site Totsy is offering a $15 credit when you spend $16 $15 or more AND that includes shipping! You can get some SUPER GREAT deals! I was able to grab an adorable baby blanket for just $1.40 shipped! This will be perfect for a baby shower gift. You can grab Kids books for as low as $.10 shipped, and other baby blankets came out to be only $.69 shipped!

They have a whole bunch of different sales to choose from and this code is good till March 11th. I haven’t ordered from Totsy before but for this price I’m willing to give it a shot and I always need baby shower gifts. The site is running a little slow but I think it’s because it’s so busy, I was still able to order with no issues. This is SO awesome,Tota I hope they don’t decide to change their minds!

HOW TO GET THIS DEAL
Register with Totsy HERE
-Put the item you want in your cart. Your purchase MUST be over $16
-USE the code 15CREDIT at checkout
-Enjoy your great deal! 🙂

Can you place multiple orders with this code or only one?

Reply

Kristen March 4, 2011 at 1:08 am

I did 2 separate orders with the code and it worked.

I got an error message saying “array”

Christie March 4, 2011 at 8:12 am

You need $15 in your cart AFTER shipping. If you have $14.99 you will get the error message. So you need $15.01.

ive done orders like this one & has ALWAYS been cancelled on.. They wake up and realize the glitch & emailing everyone that has ordered apologizing for the error & cancelling all orders… Not worth my time…

I just ordered 4 books (.10 each) and 2 DVD’s (.75 each) and the code worked for every order on the same account! I’m getting Christmas presents ready super-early this year! Whoo hoo!

The Sk1n Probiotics looks the most interesting to me. I’m going to have my boyfriend buy the night mask and pay $8 then my account will have $15 plus another $15 from the promotion which I’ll use to buy the Booster Serum for free. Not a bad deal at all.

Ordered some things and forwarded to a friend too. Got great deals and hope I’ll be back to use more credit:)

This website is all sorts of messed up for me. Took forever to sign up, took forever to load, forever to checkout to cart, entered my info up to CC number, and now its telling me no items are in my cart!

I can’t get the site to even come in. It keeps saying error. Wonder if they caught their mistake and have shut it down?

I think the site is just bogged down w/all the hits. I did make a purchase, but it took some patience. Some of the pages are having a hard time loading, but eventually it did work. : / Guess it was worth it to me since I only spent $1.40 and got a great gift for my cousin.

@antoinette check your orders link to see if it did go thru. I was able to see that it was entered – it is a weird way of doing it and I wanted to make sure it was workign right.

I ordered one just fine, but a friend ordered one and it said the code doesn’t work? But the total was $1.40? However, her confirmation comes through as the full price? Anyone have some advice I can give her?

looks like the site caught their mistake..it now says your total has to be over $16 and it doesnt cover shipping costs anymore! oh well glad i got my orders in before they changed it

This site has a very strange way of processing your order. Once you click “Place Order”, the page goes blank as if the order didn’t go through. I was expecting a confirmation or order number at the end, but when I went to My orders, I had apparently placed three orders! Oh well….three blankets and two boxes of preggie pops for $10.60 isn’t too bad!

yea, i’ve been trying to check out for 10 mins now and can’t get throught the checkout! 🙁 ugh!

Leslie March 4, 2011 at 12:13 pm

I just placed two orders with them and they both went through for under the $15.00 min. I ordered a dress $8.40 total $7.95 shipping after $15 discount $1.35 and it gave me a confirmation order number. Also second order two lunch bags $6.35 each total $12.70 minus the $15.00 discount $5.65. So, it is still working as of 5 minutes ago. Hope you can all get a great deal. It took some time to get through the checkout process but, it was still working for me.

This is now on the top of the website:

Last minute message: our last promotional campaign that was intended for a select audience of our long-time members was unintentionally exposed to the general public.
This promotion has now been restored and will only work for members who received an email directly from Totsy containing a promocode.

Hmmmm…. Hopefully they’ll honor all the orders that were placed and be smart about it. After all, I’m sure tons of people heard about them for the first time because of this offer. So they can either have all those people think they are totally awesome or totally suck. Hopefully they’ll want to be remembered as totally awesome. LOL.

I just checked at my order is still there, so… so far totally awesome!

I got a confirmation on mine as well so let’s hope we lucked out!

Looks like they are not honoring their mistake. The money for my order was taken out of my checking account (used my debit card)the day I placed my order. Now the entire bank transaction from Totsy has disappeared from my account, just like it never happened. Guess it was too good to be true.

If you placed an order I suggest you check your bank/credit card account.

I just came back here to see if others were seeing that. My orders were pending on my debit card but now they are gone. No email telling me they were cancelled or anything. Although they are still showing under “My Orders” on the totsy site. Had they honored this I might have continued shopping with them but now I think I’ll just cancel my account.

Deb March 8, 2011 at 11:23 am

They are probably not honoring it. I have no charges on my card that I used from them… Unless they charge me on march 30th which appears to be the “shipping date” for the blanket I tres to order

Reply

Nat March 29, 2011 at 9:20 pm

Never received anything. The charges are no longer on my account. Ordered several weeks ago and still nothing! Currently not satisfied with them. However I get some kind of email from them everyday.

Reply

Christie March 29, 2011 at 9:26 pm

I haven’t either, but if I go to my account I can see my ship date as March 30th. Did you look under your orders to see if the item is still there.
