LISTERINE & REACH DEAL
The Listerine and the Reach are not ringing up $2.99 like the sale price listed in the ad. I can’t say if you’re going to find the same at your store but I would certainly make sure they are ringing up properly. They should ring up $2.99. Just something to watch out for!

CREST / ORAL B 3D DEAL
My store only had these in a special display not in the regular isle with all the toothbrushes. So if you don’t see these with the regular toothbrushes look for the special display. It took me a good 10 minutes to figure that out. Silly me. 🙂

Hi Christie, you’re right. The Listerine Zero 500 ml is not ringing up $2.99, and different prices at the 2 stores I went to – $4.99 and $5.99. I bought anyway because I need to use my RRs.
At my store in Wa they were ringing up at $4.99, and the MANAGER would not price adjust it for me. Even after I pointed out the sale ad, he said he wasn’t will adjust it. He finally offered to give me $1 off (so 3.99) I said no thanks! He should have honored the advertised price. I might have to make a phone call now!
Morgan – That’s ridiculous! Yes, I think a phone call is in order.
Looks like it wasn’t just my store. I figure they’ll get if fixed when they get enough complaints!
listerine was $4.99 at all 3 my area stores, but once she price modified it and put in the coupon the $2 manufacture coupon wouldn’t work, even when she manually put in $1.99?? so I just said forget it?? The manager also tried to explain to me that the IVC are manufacture coupons and I couldn’t do both???
Just a warning. I bought the Rice Krispies and it did NOT produce a RR at my store. The manager just grabbed 2 of the Frosted Flakes to get the RR to print so they are working fine.
I had the same issue with Rice Krispies, so the manager just gave me $2.
I go to the second closest Walgreens to me..my OLD Walgreens which is about a mile or so closer have HORRIBLE coupon attitudes lol!
My NEW store had the Listerine ringing up 4.99. I showed the cashier the ad and they price adjusted it to the 2.99 and took off both coupons (this did require a manager). The manager actually thanked me and said she would make sure the price was fixed in the registers and to please come back! It is so nice to be treated like a human instead of “someone trying to get one over on Walgreens” like my old store said regarding “those coupon people” lol. I love my new Walgreens!
I found in Atlanta, Georgia that the Listerine was ringing up $4.99 instead of the listed $2.99. The cashier said they had been having problems all day with the sale items. They corrected the listerine price and I was able to use my coupons, so make sure you are watching your totals today at Walgreens.
I also had a problem finding the Oral B 3d/Crest 3d stuff… it was off on a top shelf away from the rest of the toothbrushes. I had to ask an employee if they even had any.
As for Listerine – they were out of all the Listerine that was listed in the sale, except for Listerine Zero which they didn’t carry at all. Bummer.
I read somewhere that the Rolaid Tropical Fruit 24ct. where also producing the 5RR.
I found both Pampers & Huggies BOXED diapers on sale for $13.99 at my SoCal Wags yesterday (size 4 = 64ct)!!! They were marked $10 off!!! This ended up being a much better deal than the Pampers RR scenario. I bought 2 boxes us Huggies and used 2-$3 coupons, 2 boxes of Pampers cruisers and used 2-$1.50 off coupons, plus 2 Pampers wipes, FREE with coupons. Made for a very happy mom-of-toddling-triplets-still-in-DIAPERS!!!

Has anyone noticed if the RR deals are regional? The $4 RR Crest/P&G is not advertised in the KC area.
Elena, KC is one of the Test Areas and lately, they haven’t had all the RR deals that are available everywhere else. If in doubt, look at the ad that comes in the paper or at the store. Generally, the RR deal will be replaced by a bonus pts type deal. Thanks.
