Hi – I just picked up the Prevention issue for $3.59 and the Colgate Total was $1.99 this week. I used the $1.50 coupon from page 70/71.I had a $25 gift check from a prescription so I used that to pay for it. Nice deal.

Hey Erica – Looks like you have to buy it before 08-31-10 and then submit your stuff by 09-15 to get the Gym Kit. And your receipt must be dated after 07-27-10.
I have been waiting patiently for my Survival Kit. Can you tell me when to expect it?
I didn’t do this one so I can’t tell you if they’ve started arriving yet. However normally these things will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. If you don’t hear anything by then, I’d try contacting Prevention magazine for more information.
Not sure if anyone will reply but… I sent this form in and have yet to receive it.I was wondering if anyone else got theirs.
I mailed mine in before the cut off date and haven not received. (now march 2011)
