I bought two on Friday and they did not have register rewards advertised. There is a coupon in the 8-1-10 P&G insert $5.00 off a Olay Regenerist Facial moisturizer when you buy any one Secret soothing effects.

There is a coupon available: I got a coupon booklet from inside one of these clinical strength secret boxes that had $15 in savings and one of the coupons is a $1 off clinical strength secret

I just tried this and the rr didn’t print for me. There wasn’t a sign posted that it would get Register Rewards, but I thought I would try it anyway. I am in the test/pilot area, so maybe that is the reason??? Sometimes we have different sales/promotions than everyone else…
I went to my store thinking there was no way it would be on sale so cheap there – and IT WAS!!! I was so excited! I didn’t know at the time that the RR were rolling, so I just purchased 2 in 2 separate transactions. There were a lot at my store. I may go back tomorrow and use my RR on them and try to roll them. I’m so excited that women’s deoderant is finally a deal! I feel like all the deals are always for the men!
Don’t get too excited like I did and purchase 2 or more in the same transaction. One at a time! Purchased 2 and only got 1 register reward. I hate it when I do that. Such a good deal 🙂 Thank you for all your hard work and letting us know about these deals.

Jen, “rolling” means that the Register Reward from your first purchased item can be used to purchase the next one and you will still get another Register Reward. This is very rare at Walgreens so it’s worth noting and sharing when it does happen.
Usually, if you use a Register Reward to pay for the same identical item, you will not receive another Reward.

I did this at my store, and the RR sign was up and all, and it didn’t print… I used the 10 alive rr to pay do you think that interfered??
Heather – No that shouldn’t have done anything. I suggest calling the Catalina company for your RR.
I used my $10.00 Alive Vitamin RR and the $3.00 RR printed. I was also able to buy two Olay regenerist cleansers and use the 8/1/10 $5.00 off when you purchase soothing secrets and the BOGOF Olay facial cleanser (max $6.99) from 7/11/10 SS. The second one beeped and he checked to make sure it was facial cleanser and not limited and then said it was probably because it was max $6.99 and manually entered for me. I added those little notebooks 5/$1.00 for filler and was able to get all for $11.91. Thanks so much for the tip from the field. I love it when I can get products I use regularly for almost free (and I really needed the womens deodorant. Oh I did not try to roll I feel funny doing several single transactions. The first two stores were wiped out and this one only had about 6. I’m happy with such a great deal on these pricey items actually for me this time:)

I found Crest Pro Health Enamel Shield toothpaste clearanced for .87 and used a .75/1 Crest Toothpaste from the 8/01 P&G and paid a total of .26 for two! It was the 4.2 bottle.

Lynn – Does your test market have the $3 RR for the Venus & Secret Clinical? That’s what this $3 RR is from. If they don’t have that RR deal then this won’t print.
I was able to get two without a problem (separate transactions)!
Mine had the sign but the price was the original $8.99, not clearance price. Arizona.
Mine only had the clearane sign, no RR sign. The deal worked for me perfectly!! I used .79 pencils as my filler each time and paid .08.
Cynthia, My store was the same. Original price at 8.99, but the shelves were empty. They were on clearance Friday, so is it possible they pulled them because of the sale? My store is very annoying.

Im minorly obsessed with this deal! I bought 2 last night but didn’t know the RR were rolling. Today i went to a different store (where they were 0.50 cheaper). And bought 3 more! This time i rolled the RR and got 3 deoderants and 4 candy bars for 0.70! Both stores had completely full shelves. I might go back tomorrow to see if they still have them. Im giving the extras to my sisters and ill donate some at christmas time.

I was able to find the soothing deodorant on clearance with the signs for the RR in Northern MN – worked great! Have not tried to roll it yet, but there are lots left at our store so I will definitely be back. The Right Guard was not B1G1 at our store, though.

Rolling in Bothell, WA (near Seattle)! It was on sale for $2.59. Bought the first one, RR printed. Bought the second and added the 2 Bic pens (for .29 each after their coupons) and rolled the RR. Printed another RR! The shelves were still stocked (even after I bought 3) at Thrashers corner Walgreens.
I am in a test market (Kansas City). I went to 2 different WAGS. At one store it was marked down to $2.29 and at the other it was marked down to $2.59. However, there were no register reward signs at either store and neither store generated a register reward. Bummer!

Went this morning in orlando, fl. I paid 2.44 for the first and then got 4 packs of the .19 and the secret and paid .25. Then I got the secret and 2 packs of Hanes socks for DD and paid 2.76. I just hope its still rolling this evening 🙂
They didn’t have that sort of deal in my Wags today. I looked. I’m from the Central Indiana area. So, I guess not all deals are equal.
I bought one of in the same transaction with the the venus razor… and it didnt print my rr for the razor so they must be the same RR not sure.

I am in the test market (Vancouver, WA) and I just checked the ad. It has Secret (1.6 oz) and Venus razors for 8.99 but you get an additional 1000 bonus points when you buy these items. They did have the same ones on clearance for 2.29, but it didn’t print anything when I bought it. The same thing happened with the Febreze deal a few weeks ago. We don’t get the same deals in our market.
Thanks Heidi – Since the Secret Soothing Effects is part of that deal you guys should be getting 1,000 bonus points for buying it instead of a RR. I know it must be frustrating to be in the test market sometimes. Wish I could make it print a $3 RR for you instead! I got this deal in LaGrange, NY Walgreens. Secret Smoothing Effects was $2.29 with $3 RR. I also was surprised to get a $3 RR for any Maybelline cosmetics. I’m not sure what triggered this. I bought vitamins, toothpaste and toothbrushes, but no makeup.
I am also in the test market and I HATE, HATE, HATE it. I do not want them to use this system. The points are not a deal at all and the cashiers don’t even ask for your card. I found the secret at $2.29 but no RR. I was so bummed.
Christie-Thanks! A RR would have been way better than points! It takes forever to earn points because it is actual dollars spent (after coupons/RR used) or you can earn additional points for special items. Oh, and it just looks like we earn 1000 bonus points for each Secret or Venus Embrace we buy. I’m curious to see if the clearance item will work. I just checked my account and I only have 1530 points and I’ve been using it a few times a week since May. So, 1000 bonus points would be nice! An Amazon gc is 3000 points.

I went to a store in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was able to get the deal on the Secret. They had quite a few on the shelves.
I did this one with the Schick deal- got deodorant, Schick razor 7.99- $5 q in Sunday paper and a Schick shave gel (free with coupon on razor)= $5.28- $5 RR from P&G (Gilette razor from a week back) and paid .28 and got back $2 and $3 RR!! YIPPEE!! This deal is rolling any P&G Register Reward. Will do this one again tomorrow with Benadryl deal!
I found these tonight at the Alameda, CA Walgreens. They were originally $9.99 and marked down to $2.59. They are also generating a $3.00 Register Reward. Not quite as big of a money maker as some parts of the country, but $0.41 and a chance to roll some other Register Rewards works for me! 🙂 Thanks for the heads up!

I’m in the test area too and the clearance secret will work for the 1,000 bonus points(I checked my account). I sure wish we could get the 3RR but 1,000 points is equal to $2.50 which after tax is a whopping .02 MM! Oh well, better than nothing I guess. Also, did you know that you can get Walgreens giftcards for less points than the other ones? At first I was working on getting an Amazon giftcard when I realized it would be a better deal to get a wag giftcard and use it like a RR. Once you add the 1,000 points to your 1,530 you qualify for a $5 wag card (they are 2,000 points). Just something to keep in mind.

They had these priced at 9.99 with no sale sign or RR advertised. I had the cashier at the beauty counter price check it and it came up $2.59!!! So I went ahead and purchased it to see if the RR would print, and it did! Even the cashier was surprised.
I will say that this particular Walgreens (Miami) is HORRIBLE at posting signage. The Dial body wash RR deal was also not advertised in-store as well as the BOGO Lysol Toilet bowl cleaner. It;s so annoying to go to the store and not have signs posted about sales and RR deals. I can understand them not having these up first thing Sunday morning, but Wednesday??? Sheesh!
the walgreens i work at didn’t have any of these left tonight. corporate sent an email today to remove RR signage. a lot of good that’ll do!! highly doubt anything was done in the system to change price or stop RR.

Today at one local store (Central FL) the RR was no longer printing.
I found this deal in Denton, TX and my RR didn’t print. There was a sign right under the product that stated that it qualified. I talked to the manager and he stated that I had to buy the Secret product and the Gillete product. I looked in the weekly ad and it did not state that. Any tips on how I can get my RR?

RR is NOT printing anymore for the clearance Secret. I did the deal earlier in the week and got my RR’s, tried this morning and there were no signs up underneath the clearance Secret anymore, but I still tried it… NO RR!! Oh well, it was fun while it lasted!
