AIRPLUS SOCKS DEAL – UPDATE – They are now printing!!!!! Thanks Everyone!
So the Airplus socks are still not printing the Register Reward, however they are aware of the problem. I would expect it to be fixed by tomorrow and possibly even this afternoon. I’ll let you know when I hear something! I really wanted those socks too.

DENTYNE DEAL
The Dentyne gum deal worked perfectly for me. I did the buy (6) scenario I wrote about HERE. I happened to buy the Pure kind but you could buy the Fire or Ice kind and that would work fine too. Very happy with my $1 in overage!

I wanted to confirm this morning that the twizzlers would ring up $1.50 each. Sometimes when items are priced like the Twizzlers 2/$3 they’ll ring up a higher price for the first item and a lower price for the second. Like $1.99 for one and $1.01 for the 2nd item or something like that.
The twizzlers are ringing up $1.50 each however, so you can use the -$1/3 Twizzlers Candy bags, 8 oz + 06-27-10 SS and get (3) for $.50 each after Register Rewards. If you don’t have the coupon you would still get (2) for $.50 each.

just did the oral-b and and only got a 3 RR.
I just did the Oral-B again and got both the $3 and the $2. At 5:30pm ET.
I went to the store I found the socks but no Flexitol Blistop
or Blistex Fruit Smoothies Lip Care 3pk when the RR didn’t print I told the manager and she left to bring a Blistex she had stashed somewhere! she scanned it and gave me a blistex RR, so when I asked if I could purchase the blistex she had in her hand she said no this is someone elses!
My store gave me a mail in coupon for the Airsocks RR not printing, I just need to mail in with my receipt. Bought 6 pairs using the RR from the lipgloss to pay for them.

That manager is BAD!!!! Hiding products like that, I’m sure for her on personal use. You should call corporate and complain.
The socks didn’t print the RR but the manager was nice to give me a $3 gift card! Also, I got a $6 Cover Girl catalina coupon…not sure what triggered it, but I saw the powder started at $6.99 so should be great with a sale! Will post pics of trip today on my blog soon!
About the Oral-B Toothbrushes-
The information catalina I received a few weeks back states that the other Oral B Toothbrush deal dates are for between 6/7/10 and 6/27/10. I wondered if this would work with the Oral-B toothbrush deal in this week’s ad. Guess so, since it worked for you, but just for today, Sunday the 27th.

So irritated – the socks wouldn’t work for me either and they wouldn’t do anything to help honor it so those just got taken off AND they wouldn’t take my Dentyne coupons!!!! The manager said that it was “too much” overage and that they wouldn’t do it. Not happy. I still ended up with a ton of stuff for under $15 which is great but it would have been under $12 with the other deals.
Aargh. I was all set to do the oral b deal, got my coupons, got to the store. Double checked the ad to make sure I had the right toothbrush, then bam. I’m in the test area. That RR doesn’t work here. Rats!!!

I went to two Wags and both places the dentyne beeped. At the first one I was told you can’t combine coupons because Walgreens was giving a better deal.. This was the manager I told her to review the policy and felt bad because she put the cashier down in front of me, the customer. Not going back to that Walgreens.
I was told by the manager to come back next month and use the dentyne coupon. I was told I could not use it there. Then I didn’t get my rr for the socks and did not realized until after I left the building..After the hassle with the gum I wasn’t going back to that wags.
That’s ridiculous! The coupon book started today! I wouldn’t go back either!

I bought 3 Dentyne and the register would not take more than 1 MC. I used the MC and the July coupon book Q and was happy to get 3 packs for 17cents.

They will be in the store. Usually where you find the ad or you can ask at cosmetics.
My Walgreens wouldn’t take my Dentyne coupons either. In fact, the cashier was down right nasty about it! He was so irritated… like it’s his business??? He snapped at me and told me the WAGS coupon made them 3/$0.99 so why would he take $1/off coupons. Yes, I gave him the mfg coupons first… the first one went through, then the 2nd one beeped, then he saw my WAGS coupon in my hand then backed off my mfg coupon he processed. I have no idea how much I paid for gum at this point he had me so frazzled! To top it off my RR didn’t print for the Blistex. I paid with my Renu & Gillette RR’s from last week… is Blistex P&G or something? So frustrated with this WAGS, but there aren’t any others near me. Boo! I just need to avoid the little angry man, lol!
