UPDATE – Air Plus Socks Alert!

UPDATE – AIRPLUS SOCKS ARE NOW PRINTING THE REGISTER REWARD! Thanks everyone!

Just want to let everyone know that I have received many e-mails about the Air Plus Socks not printing the Register Reward today!

It appears to be everywhere. If I find that they have fixed the problem I’ll let you know.

I just got back and it didn’t print for me either. The MOD tried to tell me it’s because I used coupons and register rewards in my transactions. I tried very politely to explain that the rules to him but he was not having it. He got pretty mad and ended up returning them, giving me $6 cash and shoving the socks at me.

Our Wags is price modifying them to a penny, then taking a penny of another item you purchase. She said it is nationwide, too 🙁

As of 11:00 am in New Mexico…no RR but the managers are offering to ring it up BYG1Free…

Yeah, mine didn’t print but fortunately I noticed before I left the store. However, the manager gave me a mail-in-form, which I hate. I never end up getting my rewards that way. Hopefully this will be fixed soon because my kids want more soft socks!

The MOD at one of the stores I went to said that it appeared to be nationwide. He couldn’t print me any RR’s so he went ahead and just refunded my money.

Rachel, I have done the mail in form once before and it was a pain. I called several times and it took me months to get my RR. However, this last time, when the neutrogena wasn’t printing out, I called and got the RR by the next week. It was pretty fast. I was impressed.

I went to two different stores and mine different print either. At one of the stores the MOD printed me the RR from the Blistex and at the other one they price modified the socks to $0.00.

Just got back..I did two different transaction with the socks and the manager gave me a $6 gift card, that I used on my third transaction.

I noticed mine not printing out before I left too. The manager said it was nationwide problem and brought me $3 RR back. That and some clearance merchandise not ringing up right made for a very long Wags trip. Oh well, hope they get it fixed soon.

The store I went to just gave them to me but the manager had to override the transaction. I guess there’s not tax this way.

The first store I went to just gave me a $3 Walgreens gift card. the 2nd store gave me the mail in rebate form. It says it takes 6-8 weeks to get.

My wags in MI was already aware of the prob at 8 am. They printed out 2 rr for the smoothie chapstick without even telling me there was a problem

Rochelle, I would call. 1-888-8coupon. That is the catalina company’s number. If you have your receipt, they will need the RFN #. They will “review” it. What I did two weeks ago was call about an RR I did not get. Had my receipt, told them the RFN number. They said they would review it and let me know. They will also give you a conf # so that if you call back (which I did a couple of days later), all you have to do is give them the confirmation number. The lady told me they would only call you back if what you bought didn’t apply to the RR deal. She was able to tell me that what I bought qualified and that it has been submitted for payment. She said give it about 2-4 weeks. I got my RR in the mail last week. Plus, the exp date is greater than 14 days. So, I would give it a shot, it can’t hurt. The catalina people are really nice.

Will the send more than one? My husband also bought them and got the rebate form? Would I be able to take care of it in one call or do they need to be separate requests?

At the first store, the manager didn’t know about it and I had to explain it a couple of times. He took a pair back to the office and tried it and then came up to the front and gave me a $15 gift card ( I was doing five transactions) right off the bat. I just used it to pay down transactions after RR’s as I went. At the second store, the manager knew about it, was very cool about the whole thing and just priced them at a penny for me. I’m going to go back later in the week when it’s fixed and flip a couple of my other RR’s so I can have a couple of Air socks RR’s for next week.

ok, i will return them when the rr are working and rebuy them 🙂 , this site is amazing, thank you all for helping us with this 🙂 want the rr to help with the 4 day sale 🙂

The only time I contacted Catalina for a RR that didnt print, it took several months for them to send the RR to me and then it was for less than the amount it was supposed to be. When the RR doesnt print and the store wont resolve the problem, its best just to return the item and maybe try it again at a different store or another day.

Just got back from Winder, GA Wags… sock RR printed for me. I could not use the Blistex Fruit Smoothies RR on the Aloe socks. The cashier said it would not print because both are from P&G. I didn’t try it. Just paid for both of them and used RR’s on other order with no P&G items. : )

Rochelle, as long as you have both receipts, you should be able to get both RR’s. HTH. Or like the others are suggesting, you can always return and repurchase.
