I am still finding the pop up dispenser on clearance from $1.09 – $1.00. And if you go to the scotch website, they have coupons for $0.75/1, AND its in pdf form, so you can print as many as you want. I went and bought 10 (and there were still more left!) and after coupons it was $3.44! I thought that was AMAZING because one of them is normally $3.99!
