Great Fillers – $.17 Knee-Highs

I’ve seen these clearance Knee-Highs in various colors at multiple stores this week.  If you are in need of cheap fillers this one might do the trick for you at only $.17.

I’ll be using these for fillers until they sell out or until our next holiday with $.13 plastic cups or pencils!  Maybe we’ll have red, white and blue 4th of July cups, I’d love that!
