I had no trouble earning my $5 WYB $5 coupon that started on 2/1. I made a transaction over $15 and I earned both my $5 WYB $15 and my $5 WYB $5. I did NOT pay with cash rewards. If you all try it by paying some portion with cash rewards and it works or doesn’t work. DO leave a comment please. I checked with a couple of friends and 3 out of 5 of us had this coupon, so not everyone got this awesome offer. If you did, do grab it!
Sometimes we buy something by accident and get extra cash rewards, and we’re left wondering, well where did that extra $3 come from?? Here’s a tip on how to look for it on the Walgreens ap. This image above is from my app but this place where they break down all the cash rewards you earned per order was updated OFF the current app. I have the Walgreens app installed on an old iphone that has not service anymore. The newest Walgreens App cannot be installed on this old device, but when I search for it, it asked me if I wanted to install an old version. I did! This way I can go to the line item called Point Activity, then I select the transaction I want to review where points were added, then I scroll to the bottom where it reads Points Summary, and it shows the breakdown of each cash rewards you earned.

Paid with $2 Wags cash to keep my before tax total over $5, and the booster was not applied.
I had 3 boosters and in total, I was suppose to get $13 only from booster + additional rewards (from the purchase). I paid in full without using any points, dint get any booster. I did a store pickup. I chatted with the CS and she added all boosters.
My subtotal was $17. I used $10 WC and I did earn the $5.
