Walgreens Online: $20 WYB $60!

by Christie- on July 5, 2020

Woo hoo! There is a brand new offer this week to earn $20 (20,000 Balance Reward Points) for spending $60 online this week! It does not look like it’s a coupon, it should just apply when you reach $60. If you were not thinking of spending that much this week, do check your Walgreens account for a $5 (5,000 Balance Reward Points) for spending $20. This one did not read Thank You, so I hope that all of you have it. BE sure to let us a note if you have it or not, or if you have something different. Also, this $5 WYB $20 can be used in-store or online.

Hi Christie,

So, I purchased $66 worth of pampers products last week. There was the spend 60 get 20k promo and another Pampers promo for 15k as well. Additionally, my total dropped to 41.96, because of the digital manufacturer coupons and some digital IVC’s as well. Plus, I used senior20 for extra savings. However, I only received 5,450 points for my order. I have yet to receive my other missing points. I’ve even called to question this and they claim I must spend the full 60! I never redeemed points either. Any help??
Thank you in advance!

Hi denisse, It looks like what happened with your order was that the Walgreens coupons will deduct from the threshold just like they do in store. So if you used manufacturer’s coupons those would be ok, but the digital IVC is a Walgreens coupon and the Senior20 is a Walgreens coupon, so those probably cost you get the threshold to drop down from $60 for the $20 and from the $50 to earn the $15. If you had the $5 WYB $20 coupon, you did reach that threshold so that’s why you only got $5 in points plus everyday points. I did not buy Pampers last week, but I did grab a bunch of personal care much like this scenario Christie posted https://wildforwags.com/walgreens-deals/2020/07/07/walgreens-online-12-92-money-maker-on-personal-care-hurry/ and I did use a bunch of manufacturer’s coupons which dipped my out of pocket to $47 dollars then I did get both the $15 WYB $20 and the $20 WYB $60 but I did not use any Walgreens coupons.
