It’s after Wag coupons and before tax.
Got mine yesterday. Cannot use the same day it’s printed. Total must be $10 or more “before taxes and after all Walgreens coupons and discounts are applied.”
Register Rewards are not considered a Walgreens coupon, are they????

I bought 2 box of lysol wipes for $1. lysol wipes are on sale for 2 /$5. I used $2 off coupon from their cold and flu book. awhile back we received points coupon book from wags in mail. that book has 1500 points coupon when you buy 2 lysol product and we are getting 500 points from ad. so you will get total 2000 points.

I just got them on my lunch. made 4 transactions and got 2 -5/20 and 2 -2/10:-)
Purchased 4 lysols for $10, 4 clearanced candies at .25 each, and 2 clearanced breads for .50 each.
Used the $2/$10, 2 $2/2 Lysol coupons, and 3 $2 RR. My total was $0!!!! Plus received the 1000 points.

I used:

1 $5/1 purelife vitamin (peelie)

total untaxed: $9.15
I got back:
10,000 points from purelife vitamin
$2.50 RR on colgate
