So I made a few trips to Walgreens this week. I stopped in 3 different stores in total on my way to work. I got $73.46 in merchandise. I paid $8.97 out of pocket (plus $10 in RR from previous weeks) and ended up with $9 in Register Rewards and $6 in points.

Did the Almay coupon work differently for you towards the end of the week? I was reading something that said people were getting beeps all over the place on them!

HI Christie,
I found several Salley Hansen Salon Effects polish strips on clearance at my store. They were marked down to $2.62, I didn’t have any coupons for them, but it was a pretty good price so I bought two of the and when they rang up the lady said they were included in the buy one get one 50% off. A $2.00 catelina off one of the salon effects also printed. I decided to use it right away and went back and bought another one, since oop would only be .62, that produced a catalina for $4.00 off two more. Went and got two more, the cashier had to reduce the $4 catalina to $3.93 to make it work, but only paid the tax and got them free. Now that was fun.

Aren’t those 7-up TEN’s on sale for free (after RR) next week?

Christie March 28, 2013 at 4:06 pm

Yes but I needed soda for the weekend. 🙂 So 66¢ each was my best choice!

Loved Walgreens this week! I made 4 stops & got 2 Tricalm MM, 2Almay (slight MM), 6 Cottonelle wipes, 3 Cottonelle TP, 2 baking soda, 2 vanilla extract, 4 pkgs chips (time to make cookies!), and some great eastery fillers for about $3. Retail value $100+! Fun!

Nice job! Seems like a while since we have seen some really great deals! I wish I knew some who uses those wipes. I just bought TP from Amazon and I dont think i am allowed to bring anymore in the house! 😉

I’ve been at least a couple of times this week. Sadly, some stores don’t have the tricalm here…:( for once it was something we would use with all the allergic red heads in the house. I was hoping to getr 4 total. I have two and got two of the cottonelle deals and the nectresse! One was all tp and one was the wipes and tp. lots of email accounts at my house since we have 7 kids..lol Great week at walgreens!

I didn’t know the Cottonelle was on sale, so I didn’t get my 3,000 points, boo hoo. My Walgreens don’t have the 7 up 10 either.

What dates do the register rewards and the points end? Just wondering how many days I have to take advantage. Thanks!!

I have a question: when there are ‘buy $xx, get xx points’, can u only do that once a day? I’m asking cuz I bought $15 worth of cottonelle in two transactions, but only got points the first time.

Question about the WAGS Policy. I went to one of my local stores to get the Poise Fem. Wash. The price was $3.99. I used the Store coupon -2.00/1 and I was told that I couldn’t use the full value of the Man. Coupon of $3.00. I thought that I would be okay since I had a filler item of .99. The clerk reduced my Man. Coupon amount to 1.99. This matched the difference after the store coupon. Is this common? I’ve never heard of someone reducing the amount of a coupon. Even my receipt looks weird…no original price or anything. What did I do wrong?
