I was recently given the opportunity to try out Michael Angelo’s products. If you’re unfamiliar with them, this brand is a family-owned company that makes fresh and authentic frozen Italian meals that are easy to make and super delicious!

After tasting a few, I was hooked. My favorites are the Egglplant Parmesan and Vegetable Lasagna. Mmm! To help stretch our budget, we try to have a couple of meatless meals every week so these are perfect because they’re filling, simple to make and affordable to buy.

Plus, there are many different entrees to choose from so we’re always excited to purchase them. There are Signature products with recipes that have been around since the 1800’s, Natural (antibiotic-free meat, organic ingredients and non-GMO) and even larger versions that are available in Clubs like Costco.
