I was recently given the opportunity to try out the new Michael Angelo’s Flatbread product! If you’re unfamiliar with Michael Angelo’s, this brand is a family-owned company that makes fresh and authentic frozen Italian meals that are easy to make and super delicious!
These Michael Angelo’s Flatbreads come in three flavors: Pepperoni & Salami, Mediterranean and Sausage & Mushroom. After tasting the Sausage & Mushroom Flatbread, I have to say that it was very good. This flatbread has Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Mozzarella Cheese and an Arrabbiata Sauce. All of these ingredients compliment each other well making this flatbread very tasty; it also has a bit of a spicy kick from the Italian Sausage. The crust was crunchy around the edges but soft in the center. It was really yummy! I added a nice side salad to my flatbread and had an enjoyable dinner. These flatbreads would make perfect appetizers too and they’re simple to make and affordable to buy.
Michael Angelo’s has many different entrees to choose from so I’m always excited to purchase them. I’ve also tried their Eggplant Parmesan and Vegetable Lasagna; they are also delicious and one of my favorites. Michael Angelo’s makes Signature products with recipes that have been around since the 1800′s, Natural (antibiotic-free meat, organic ingredients and non-GMO) and even larger versions that are available in Clubs like Costco and Sam’s.
