Make sure you do all the tests (or get at least 5 right!) before you claim your prize! Don’t click the claim your coupon/prize button after the first test because you will only get a little coupon! I didn’t realize this until after I printed my Q…then I got 5 right and couldn’t print out for my free products…booo!
I got the 2 free products. So maybe I answered 5 correct, I cant remember, its been a few weeks since I took the test.

You need Adobe flash, that’s why you have a black screen. Sorry, not sure how to install it!

Mine is 4-6 weeks also…has anyone printed the 2 free product coupons? I won 5 answers.
They come by mail – but last Suave coupons I got came way faster – so I’m hoping to get it in time to use by 6/25.

I’ve done this in the past…can I play again? Also, you should never be able to get free product coupons by printing…they will always come by mail. At least that what I’ve read in articles about coupon fraud.
I got these qs a while back in the mail and it looks like my computer still holds my results on the videos so I was unable to get more! Boo!

as leslie said, coupons for Free product are NEVER prinatable, if you runa cross some that are then they are almost always 100% fraudulant. Coupons will come by mail and they have holographics and lots of color so the store knows they are real.
Also hoping for the 2 free products, i got some from another promotion they did and got a hairspray. I love it!

for others having problems getting a black screen, I switched from internet explorer to google chrome and then it loaded.
I have Chrome on both computers but it worked on one and not the other computer. That one had the black screen. Strange. Have a third laptop so will try on that.

I did this a few weeks ago, got enough to get the two free products. Reguested the coupon for two free products, the coupon arrived today and only got one free. Just and fyi, I am still happy with one free but thought I would put an fyi out there!

After repeated black screens and a switch to google chrome from internet explorer, I finally got started…only to the get the black screen again after 2 questions. Came back later and got it to work and got 4 right…so was supposed to get 1 free…nope…they are out. So settling for my $1 off of 2 coupon, I give them my info…only to have them turn me down for not being 18…uh hem…I wish! I am wellll past 18 and am super ticked that I watched all of their stupid videos and gave them my info….only to get nothing…ugh….sometimes it just isn’t worth it!

you probably accidentally picked the wrong birth year – easy to do on those drop downs…see if it will let you try again. not sure. it’s annoying how that happens! i have had things like that happen and then i can’t get a coupon – can be such a waste of time – this time made sure i had the right answers from my computer and then entered them on my husband’s
I thought it was fun when I did it, but it took more than four weeks for me to get the coupons. Another of my friends who did it around the same time is still waiting. So delivery times must vary.
screwed it up the first time on my computer – claimed my prize too soon, so i did it again on my husband’s to get the two free products. make sure you don’t claim your prize until you get what you want – click the check your progress button at the top to see…i didn’t realize that until i saw someone mention it on here so i did it again on another computer – had to cheat though b/c i couldn’t watch the videos 😉

oh yeah – i usually have never had a printable coupon for something “free” but got a printable one the other day for free cape cod potato chips for entering a contest (smartsource coupon – entered through freebies4mom) so it may just vary depending on the value of the coupon – chips aren’t as costly as free hair care so i am sure that’s probably why these are mailed. i also had an ore-ida free sweet potato fries coupon mailed to me as well. those products are at least $3 so maybe the chips are under that.

Hopefully people read the comments here before they take the tests because I got a little tooooo happy and wanted my product but only answered 4 questions man…I was one question away from 2 free…bummer
