-Buy $10 of Colgate-Palmolive products in a single transaction between 9/1/2010 and 11/15/2010. Products included: Colgate, Palmolive, Lady Speed Stick, Irish Spring, Suavitel, Fabuloso, Caprice, Mens Speed Stick, Ajax, Softsoap. Not valid on trial sizes.
-Your application should be postmarked by 11/15/2010.
-Mail in original form and receipt to the address printed on the form.
