Jergens Lotion Only $.29 EACH!

by Christie Bisbee on January 9, 2011

Here is a GREAT deal you can get on Jergens! There is a monthly Register Reward deal on Jergens that I wrote about HERE. Use the $3/2 to get a GREAT price!

Get $5 in Register Rewards WYB (2) Jergens Moisturizers (exc Natural Glow), Biore Face Products or Curel Moisturizers

Buy
2 – Jergens Ultra Healing $4.29 each
Total = $8.58
Use
1 – $3/2 Jergens Moisturizer, any 4oz+ – 12-05-10 SS x1/15
Total = $8.58, Get Back $5 RR
= $.58 for (2) Lotions or $.29 Each! Yeah!

If you don’t have this coupon, look out for $1/1 Jergens coupons in the store.  That would make it $.79 each lotion.

(Thanks Passion for Savings!)

Quick qn: I just realized my jingle cash expired yesterday (long story abt why I forgot to use it) but can I still use it? Or it’s $5 down the drain? Thanks!

What size Jergens is this?

No adam, it’s probably a typo. To be able to get both for 58 cents AFTER the $5 RR, means you have had to have paid 5.58. 🙂 HTH!

@Joy As far as Walgreens goes yes they are down the drain, but you could try to use them at CVS, they (my store does) usually take expired coupons, and have taken RR there (Hubby took RR to CVS instead of Walgreens and the accepted it!). Does suck to lose out, I have done that several times. 🙁 Good luck!

Joy- I ask and was turned down at 4 Walgreen’s, the 5th one took them as long as they were less than 1 week expired.

Joy, yes, I did ask too and they accepted it, as long as they have not turned them in…something like that. Mine had expired for one day

I just got back from Walgreens & for some reason i didnt get my RR for this deal. What gives? This is the first time i dont get a RR i was expecting. I got my other 2 but not this one. I did grab the two right about the RR sign, 12.5 oz Ultra Healing lotion. Figured i’d just return them on my next trip back, but will they be wondering if i pocketed the RR?!?!? I dont want them to think im trying to scam them.

Hello everyone, got a quick question. If I use the $5 RR from the Go Kids Vitamin, will I get the RR for this one? I read before that if it’s the same amount, it wouldn’t spit it out? Please let me know.

Ken – if you use the $5 RR from Go Kids on another Go Kids, it won’t spit out. However, if you use it on let’s say the Pill Glide ($5, get a $5 RR) you’ll get another one! You just want to make sure not to use a RR from one Manufacturer to buy something from the same manuf. with the same amount RR.

Thanks Christie, appreciate the prompt response. I do know about the same manuf RR not rolling but just wanted to clarify if the RR has the same amount. Thanks again =)

My WA store lotion isn’t marked this price, could it be regional? or is it every store?

Christie January 11, 2011 at 3:54 pm

Jessica – Maybe ask them to do a price check for you next time you are in. I find prices do vary.

I did the Jergens deal this morning. I bought 2 childrens vitamins and 4 Jergens and I was going to roll my rr’s between the two of them. When I went to purchase the second vitamin the cashier said “You know your register reward won’t print for these vitamins because you are using a rr.” I said yes it will because it is not on the same product. She insisted it would not, so I purchased the Jergens because I needed it more and since I would not get another rr,so I used a Jergens rr and it still printed another one. Then I proceeded to do the vitamins again using a filler and the Jergens rr and no rr printed for the vitamins. Anyway, I am thinking about returning one of the vitamins and repurchasing them to get the rr I should have gotten because this cashier screwed me up. Is that wrong?

I have a Go Kids RR. I was buying the Jergens lotion deal. I handed over my $3q and then the RR beeped. I went to another WAGS and the same thing happened. Should I give them the $5rr first then the $3q? Or is it beeping because I need a filler item since coupon is $3 off 2 lotions? Or should I just put a BIG fuss the next time I go?

Courtney January 12, 2011 at 4:54 pm

Shawna,
I had to have a filler when purchasing the Jergens with a RR and the $3/2q. I guess the computer picks up that the coupon is for 2 items so when you use the RR you have more coupons than items.

The Jergans monthly register reward deal is not even marked at my walgreens. I tried this deal and it did not work. Maybe this month long deal is just regional.
