Hi, just lately I can’t get any red plum coupons to print. I’ve never had trouble before. Any suggestions?
Hmmm – I know RedPlum can be moody. Are you on a mac or PC and what browser are you using?
I’m on a PC using Internet Explorer.
Normally you have the best chance of it working with that combination. If you installed the coupon printer – maybe try to uninstall it and reinstall. Or look at this RedPlum Help Page and see if anything there is helpful.
I am having the same issue ….. was able to print before but cannot anymore … am using a mac
I have never been able to print red plum coupons (mac). I have tried everything. I recently looked on their Facebook page where they give a solution for those people having problems. I tried it and still no luck. And according to the responses for that solution, most are still having no luck either. I gave up.
Not working on ie or chrome lol always have these probs prints when it wants too
