well our walgreens said that from now on if there is a rr deal …your total (AFTER) coupons has to be the amt needed before rr prints… went yesterday bought 6 suave body wash -used (2) buy2getone Q’s no rr…same explanation from manager…said it will be from now on due to new registers..so why the heck use qs? I even showed them their policy…still no rr! new rules coming they said!
I responded on your other comment on another post but – they aren’t right. Suave was just buy (3) regardless of price. When stuff doesn’t work – a lot of managers won’t just fess up and say “I don’t know why it didn’t print”. Instead they make stuff up and it just makes things worse.
Even if this is going to be the case when the new rules come the point is that they are not in effect at this point in time. They cannot enforce a cpn policy because it may be comming they should be going by the current policy. I hate hearing these idiotic excuses that the stores keep comming up with! Learn your policies and stop making some up. Keep it up because its a great way to get fired. I mean if you are not following one policy it is likely you are not following others. All you are doing is aggravating customers who know your cpn policy and will put calls into corp. There was my rant for the day.
That’s not good! But I’m not 100% sure they were correct. My Walgreens just got the new systems last week…but I went yesterday and bought 6 of the Garnier shampoos, which equaled $15 BEFORE coupons, then used $5.75 in coupons, and it still printed my RR. So I don’t think that explanation makes sense.
YEAH CRAZY! I’M JUST STAYING WITH CVS..NO WAGS FOR ME! THERE WAS A LADY IN FRONT OF ME CHECKING OUT ARGUING WITH THEM TOO. SHE BOUGHT 30.00 WORTH OF BANDAIDS/ NEOSPORIN/ ZYRTEC ECT… AND WAS EXPECTING 10 RR BUT SAME EXCUSE..SO SHE ASKED FOR HER QS AND MONEY BACK…SHE HAD USED A 10 RR FROM PREVIOUS RR DEALS….THEY TOLD HER THE SAME THING…THAT THE 10 RR SHE USED WAS LIKE GETTING THE PRODUCT FOR FREE…SHE JUST LEFT EVERYTHING …MAD AS HECK…AND SAID SHE WAS CALLING CORPORATE! WAAY TOO MUCH DRAMA JUST FOR A RR! NOT WORTH IT AT WAGS!
Same here I am tired of fighting and calling corporate. CVS is my store! No Drama!
