I always use foil or parchment paper on my pans…..cannot stand having nasty pans!!! 🙂
The best foil is release it’s great it so great that when you pull the pan out what you are cooking slides, nothing ever sticks with a coupon you can get it for a good price. Also never waste it by wrapping your leftovers.
